I've played it before and the way out of the cave requires you to find trigger certain events, after which you get to fight the boss and finally leave. If I recall correctly, it shouldn't take you too much time (two hours is probably a stretch) provided you don't get lost in the maze. It's just a matter trying to go everywhere and finding everything along the way. Not to mention, enjoy the banter among the party members during the cut scenes ... :D

Welcome to RMN, bb90! As your avatar indicates, you seem ready to let yourself be heard loud and clear (with megaphone in hand). Regarding making games, it seems to me a skill you really need to work @ (everyday people have to go through a process to do them well). I'm a fellow game lover who's trying to, eventually, make games.
That said, sharing your Let's Play or Try videos is a good way to help promote games you like. There also other ways you can contribute to their development. Consider offering your help and make yourself known to others that way.

I second that the voting period should be announced and the mean to vote be more noticeable for future events.
Although it was posted on the event page, the only hint of when the voting ended was "Voting Ends". Also, it would been good for it to be posted in RMN's front page to remind people to vote. You live and learn ...

I only remember watching parts of it (and being scared - I probably stopped watching)
So that was probably was as shocking to you as me watching the old JFK footage being shot when I was five ... I don't blame it on anything.
