These seem to be more glitches with the extraction process rather than the game itself. xD

I don't know if this is just a VX thing or not, but I've heard it helps if you take out the audio folder, encrypt it, then put the audio back in the main folder before zipping it up.

One of the best ways to weed out bugs is to release a demo - ah-hahaha, people will do weird things and find stuff you never would have thought of. OTL
From what I played, it was looking really, really good!
So, yeah - I'm still gonna go back and play it even though it crashed on me. People will report if the game crashes or if something funky happens and then you can fix it - really, not a big deal! When you get enough bug fixes, you patch it and then man EVERYTHING IS EVEN BETTER~
So be proud of yourselves, is what I'm saying! xD Most people don't even manage to get this far and have a demo feel MOSTLY bug-less.

Also a missing graphic! If you get poisoned and get out of battle before it's fixed, it'll try to find a poison graphic for Xander.

The darker one is definitely better; tiles shouldn't stand out more than the sprites, and that floor was pretty blinding. xD I mean, it was blending in with Cyrus' hat! D:

Do you have some sort of debug tools for testing? If you do, you should open that up and start flicking switches on and off until you find the one that's making him invisible. My guess is you've accidentally used a switch you weren't supposed to use in a scene somewhere. xD
