Super Smash Bros. Brawl

My brother is getting it this week, and I am at college so I won't get to play for two weeks. Once I go home though I am swiping the Wii from him and taking it to school with me so I can fail all of my classes and ruin my life.

Can't wait. ;D

Hometown.PNG

Looks pretty good, but the doors stand out considerably. Might want to consider looking for ones that blend in a bit more.

Custom menus

Try http://www.blade2k.net/ There are a lot of tutorials there, and I am sure there is a CMS one. They are fairly complicated, I have tried several times, only getting one decent one made.

Wasn't worth the trouble I thought, but like Ocean said it would probably be best just to use other keys for your extra stuff and keep to the default menu.

MegaMan: Battle Excuete

The gameplay features sound great, but the story could use some work. Setting out to become the best after a mysterious message seems kind of lame. How about some villains and some plot, with your set up I think that you could come up with something really cool and creative. Also, some screens or something would be cool. Anyway good luck with it!

Orbs

A simple press of the Shift key will allow you to drop an Orb at any time. From there you can proceed to use another one (they are always in one spot - even if you have the same type orb)

The Freeware Game Reccomondation Page

I am assuming these games are considered freeware (they are free)

Trilby/Czho Series
An excellent adventure game series with a great and complex story, one of the best villians ever (The Tall Man), clever puzzles, and all around excellent. Also, the story doesn't really pick up until the third game, where it becomes really intriguing.

Also, there are a lot of games on the page, so here is the order of them:

5 Days a Stranger
7 Days a Skeptic
Trilby's Notes
6 Days a Sacrafice

Also, there is a Trilby Art of Theft game that is pretty good, but not directly involved with the storyline.

Favourite Games of all time?

I enjoyed Golden Sun, but it was not the classic it could have been.

My favorites include(but are not limited to):
Chrono Trigger/Cross
Earthbound
Super Mario World
Shadow of the Colossus
Zelda(Any of them really)
Super Metroid
Bioshock (It may be just a current fave, but I love the story and characters)

And more I am sure.

Top Ten Maps Ideas

Hmm well I don't know about a top ten, but I will put what inspires me. It really depends on the game I am making. For my current game I am really trying to think outside the box, with environments that may seem familiar but adding ideas to them. (Examples are a Frozen swamp land and a Blazing Forest)

If it is a more traditional game I try and make the maps interesting to explore, and try and make them feel real. Maybe not real but at the least make sense.

Rush Hour 3: Highest-Grossing Film in 2007

I did not like this movie much, although I thought the first two were ok. This one was just bad. Kind of odd how it got the most rentals.
