Nice. This is definitely going to be helpful... since the game is going to have so many characters. So. Many. Characters.
Thoughts & Suggestions:
I think full names are a must. Considering how this an encyclopedia, anyone with a last name should have it listed.
Not sold on the placement of the graphic. Its position feels... a little like an afterthought maybe? It bothers me a little that her graphic is occupying the same X axis lines as the profile text whilst being the same window.
Anyhoo, sent you an example of what I mean.

Oooh. I'm liking the windowskin in this screenshot. I notice its different than the one used in the previous screenshot "Ahem". Are both utilized simultaneously in the game (i.e. one for field messages and one for battles) or did you change the windowskin since posting the previous screenshot?
