RPG2K3 Question on Priority

As far as I know the only thing it does is if a condition is +10 higher priority than other conditions it removes those lower conditions from a character.

I was wondering how does Priority work within the condition? What's the purpose and how to use it? What are the effects if stun is 98 and sleep is 96?

RPG2K3 Question on video
I made the video using movie maker and my laptop is a window 7. Idk if it my laptop or the program (video). Works fine windowed but not full screen. I can make a video to show you.
