Seriously, they're all great, and have a distinct atmosphere to each one. You have some great talent!

As for me, I usually explore everything. Get every item I can possibly get, talk to every NPC and I never skip battles (if there are any)! When I replay the game, I usually talk to all the NPCs and explore everywhere again, even though I know what they'll say or what's there. I also give all the best items, etc to the main character (even if it is Vaan!) ::).
