Judge Levels
Is there any way we can enforce an age requirement next time? Some of these people can't be more than 12 years old judging by their levels.
Anyway, the homing koopa level should be a mini-boss stage. Bosses should be more distinctive than a mook battle.
I think we should do some brainstorming to come up with good bosses.
I'm gonna review more judge levels today.

Super Mario Bros. 3X Review
I'm glad you enjoyed the game! I really need to make a sequel to this sometime soon. I've found that I really prefer making shorter levels like the ones in this game, because it never feels like I need to fill up space. There's always just enough room to do everything right.
I have a few questions for you!
Were you able to find all the secret exits?
Did you finish World 9?
If I were to make a sequel to this game, using the same general structure, what changes would you like to see?

I can already tell you this is not going to happen.
Also, Navi's hints weren't meant to be useless. That's my actual strategy against homing enemies, though I'll rephrase it to 'fight defensively.' Going after a homing enemy is the best way to get yourself killed by it.
This is true. They're actually very easy to kill if you just stand still and wait for the right moment.

While I do think that Hali has done a good job considering how much he has going on, and I think he's definitely improved and opened up to more input from the rest of us, I really want to see the next RMN Bros game done differently, and I'm not sure he's ever going to be open to the ideas that quite a few of us have proposed in the past.
I'm not opposed to him being in charge of the next one, though. Maybe just open up the world design to allow for others' ideas. Like mine. I have good ideas.

FINE. I'll critique stuff today.
This process is endless. I'm tempted to approve the remaining levels just so I don't have to keep playing them over and over and over.
Next time we should have the option to outright deny levels. Or just fix them up ourselves. I don't care about the creator's intent. We're supposed to be making a good game; it's about quality, not artistic expression.

This game is definitely going to be at least three times better than RMN All-Stars. Even though it's still the same random-scrap-heap-of-levels layout that we've used in every RMN Bros game before, at least this time it's a random scrap-heap of pretty good levels.
