Doesn't Birdo stop moving when it jumps? Like, it pauses a moment then continues as it was? I can't be bothered to check right now.
I can't recall, but I'm certain I've had Birdo jump off the platform even when cliffturn is activated. SMBX is weird.

You mean like how Birdo can wander off cliffs if its platform is too small? 'Cuz yeah, I'd watch out for that.
It will stop him/her from walking off, but not jumping off.

We need to consult the source material to determine the proper environs for mini-bosses. Otherwise they might die before the player can reach them.

I didn't say we should let them make the bosses. I'd just like to see what each world ends up looking like before making bosses.

nin8halos, lets do a NES themed game or event or something. those levels were the best. i feel like doing a blaster master level now :D
I've thought about doing something like that. Each world would be styled after a different game, but there would be some overlapping elements. This would probably be better as a collaboration rather than an event. If enough people are willing to pitch in, I'd be up for it.

We totally got to make a Zelda II game in SMBX sometime.
Thought about doing that too, but haven't been motivated enough to make it myself. I'm surprised someone hasn't done it already. I'd contribute something to it if anyone wanted to start the project.
