Haha, misunderstood, I started on RM2k3 because I loved rpg's, I used it brifly when it came out, then when I stumbled apon this forum I rekindled the old files. I just have more experince with RM2k3 then any other.

Cause RM2k3 is what most people are fermilliar with.
A problem with skills in rpg maker 2003
You might want to check to make sure no other atruibutes are on it. And if any others are, make sure there magic.
