For Mio; Don't go to the south of Sand Tower, if you go to the house and take a fight against optional battle you can't get Cursed Eagle. After some events your Cursed Eagle leaves your party and you'll get Mio.
For Hiban; You need 5 neutral karma in Juliet event, when Treephop leaves your party you can recruit him in Woodchoppers.
For Jannet; You need 5 bad or neutral karma in Juliet event, she'll be in Chronix.
For Hiban; You need 5 neutral karma in Juliet event, when Treephop leaves your party you can recruit him in Woodchoppers.

You are absolutely right about slow pace in the beginning, actually it's because of the boss battles takes so much time and there are plenty of optional boss battles if you've choosed "Silly Battles Mode", and the most of the features in Act II.
Act II got lots of surprises, story branches and character choices. Hopefully I'll expand the game with optional Arena mode and Robot Dome (release date: Valve time).

I'm currently making the Robot Dome, about the progress... umm well... It's going pretty slowly. It's not finished yet, so I hope you've created a new save game for it.

You can get Hiban in Woodchoppers and Jannet in Chronix, for the rate you need to write a Review for it. It's kinda underrated because of the difficulty not for anyone, too many players never touched the Chapter II. Sadly it's the best part of the game.

author=AishataIf you rescued fisherman you can get extra karma in your player house, but you need carpet upgrade for it, otherwise you can't get any karma at this point of the game.
On a side note I have 4 neutral and 4 good karma...I haven't done the axe sidequest, killed diablo, and haven't done the seed side quest...do all of these give karma? I'm really desperate, it was a great game, but seeing all that effort grinding going to waste is making me cry...

I have gotten an error code many times while fighting cronos in cronix.
when it happens,clicking on it (error code box)shuts the game off.

unexpected tstar,expecting send 350+a.att* 8.96+a.mat*0.64_b.def*2
I know I am not strong enough yet,but would not want this to happen when I am.

What's your game's version? Does it happen in the last version?

You need to collect 5 karma points on any karma type in that point of game, otherwise you'll get bad ending in there. If you've ignored all side quests that gives you karma, you can't get any further, it means you missed your chance to gather any karma points.
