great start,i love the customization setup
the mapping by room is great but it utterly fails with consistency. just check out the mage room first floor then the church which is supposed to be 3 steps to the left (need to point this out)
i wont be accepting each room is its own dimension there would be no point in building the building if that was the case.
the castle mid right makes no sense. how do you open the top door? whats the point of all the red and green switches?
should be able to switch all assignments to the same thing with one command.
mirage pyramids design is too complicated
the Stasis skill says it paralyzes all enemies but only effects one

This game was not what i was expecting.i was expecting to be a head mage or head of mages and not have to do mindless battles.
you were meant to raise your people to do it themselves.
sadly you still control them and fight lots of meaningless battles to get tot eh end of the game.
even ignoring that when you FINALLY get to the area where the main villain is you expect to be treated right and not have to go thru any more bs as you have just went thru. yet you get denied a respectable ending >.>
the plot is battles,the characters have no personality. the game play is dull.
honestly in a different direction this could of had potential.
you were meant to raise your people to do it themselves.
sadly you still control them and fight lots of meaningless battles to get tot eh end of the game.

The plot and characters were terrible which is a staple for the horror genre. if they had any common sense at all i suppose it would not be very interesting.
the fear aspect quickly went away when i realized the only threat was

this...honestly my feelings toward this game are neutral. its mostly survival more then anything else with VERY LITTLE dialog to produce a story. still it works.

why do you take a human form?
why are you using guns if the enemies are already dead?
why are some enemies solid and others not?
why are other spirits even attacking you?

This was a neutral experience for me. there wasn't enough depth for me to care about the characters.
and there wasn't a reason for monsters to exist other then to have filler battles.
the black and white setting was a interesting touch. i only played one or 2 other games that did that.
that said i did enjoy the game it was short and to the point.
outside that theres really nothing to say.
