I don't consider underwear when I am considering clothing prices because it is kind of necessity rather than style.

Unless you're a girl. My girlfriend (and many other women like her) spend a crazy amount on underwear, have tons of them, and consider them a fashion statement.

One thing that bugs me in these games, mostly 2k and 2k3, is the inconsistent tilesets. It annoys me when playing game that goes from RTP to FSM tilesets. But whatev. Unless you're looking to make a commercial, just focus more on story and characters.

So it annoys you, but you don't care if people don't bother to do anything about it? :o

Personally, I just look to see if it looks like someone put effort into their work. Even though it might not be "quality," they took time that otherwise could've been spent doing something else other than making a game. But, I do appreciate it when people do try to make everything consistent. I think that's one of the things that really draws me into a game -- when it's consistent in all facets: graphics, music, story. Then again, sometimes even commercial games fail in having consistent story or characters.

She was asked a question that was along the lines of "what do you think about gay marriage" and she gave the response of that marriage should be between and man and a woman and no other, because that's what it says in the Bible (could be wrong about the last part; as harmonic said, there's been a lot of media attention, so the facts could be a little out of proportion). As an aside, that is also what the Defense of Marriage Act of 1996 also says (save the Bible part).

@yoshio: I wouldn't go so far as to call her "an idiot," but what she said currently is slightly out of line with public opinion. Iirc, there was a recent NBC poll that, for the first time, those in support of gay marriage was more than those against. The numbers were very close, however.

I do appreciate the whole "freedom of speech" thing, but the Miss America pageant has a history of the contestants being arbiters of freedom and equality for all. It's why they ask questions like they do during the pageant.

To state what she did, though it is certainly her right, is to be going against that point. It's like saying blacks and whites shouldn't be able to marry -- same exact argument. And now interracial marriage is perfectly fine. I know I've got little room to speak about such things, being young as I am, but saying that someone shouldn't have the same rights as everyone else in a free, democratic society is just plain silly.

*waits for people to point out holes in argument*

As for Trump bailing her out, whatever floats his boat. He will have to deal with the possible consequences of his actions, if they are any.
