LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

That works, thanks!

"...insects?" I say to myself.
I place my hand on the handle of one of my blades, just incase.
Lowering my voice so I don't attract anything towards us:
"If we go into that chamber, it seems as if there might be a slight killing spree of the Bug variety. "
Oh, right.
I check my herbology guide too, just in case.

I look at my comrades with a bored look on my face.

"What are you bookworms both so fascinated by? It's moss."

I cut the moss down with a single hack.

"Keep it. Moss is an excellent wound dressing. It can also be used to filter water."
"You should be more careful with cutting down plants. Some don't take kindly to being cut down and secrete poisons or attract predators out of self-defence."

Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

"Let us not rule out the possibility this transparant moss looks different because of some noxious fumes or other environmental hazards that may exist in this room.

I once forwent such caution and tried to treat someone with some of the medicinal herbs in my garden, not noticing that the herbs had crossbred with another weed into something dark and unholy. May the gods favour him in the afterlife and forgive me the mistake that cost his life...

So I say we await the results of Adira's and Feng'gar's biological studies."

((I love that you are apparently spending two full minutes reciting this story and spouting this crap while I am almost certainly getting my face eaten off by whatever monster I just disturbed.))

*Gasp* Ugh, ow, okay I'm back. Don't ask where I was, it's too horrible to explain completely, but I needed inspiration, see? Anyhoot, here's a thing. Short, I know, but I had to plan!

-----turn 4-----
Reistpay, in the back of the group, drops on his knees for his evening prayer. (As I never asked for a party order, I'll give you the most favorable position: in the back)
Sophie's long ears perk and turn towards the chamber, her hands grasping her daggers.
Adira and Feng'gar both stop, curious about the moss. They open up their books and begin searching the plant section, when Ratfest whips the meat-hook at the transparent blue "moss" above the doorway. 1
Ratfest takes the meat-hook and does a winding arc, starting behind him. Unfortunately, he misjudged the distance his companions were behind him, and attacks them instead! 9 Sophie is caught off-guard, and gets scratched as she flinches backwards, she bleeds out of a small cut on her cheek.
The meat-hook continues its journey and misses the transparent moss completely. The red core begins to quiver, and soon an ooze droops down from the doorway, in front of Ratfest and sends slimey tendrils to slam into him 19 Ratfest gets slammed in the chest by the slime, and some rotten flesh on his torso begins to slough off.
The skittering in the chamber increases in intensity just as Adira and Feng'gar have made two seperate discorveries.
Feng'gar sees that this blue moss, named Ceruleo-Bryo, when mixed with the right ingredients, could be used to create a potent salve that would heal any burn.
Adira realizes that Frostbite Slimes commonly hide in the moss, ready to droop down or lash out against any creature that gets close enough. Their red cores keep their slime together and if damaged enough, will cause them to cease function.

----Party Status-----
Ratfest: Torso: Minor Injury
Adira: No Injury
Sophie: Head: Minor Injury
Feng'gar: No Injury
Reistpay: No Injury

There's a Frostbite Slime blocking the entrance!

"Ow you dweeb! You hit me! Kill em, not me!"

"Let's start with the killing guys! I wonder if these slimes will bleed..."
I run at the Frostbite Slime by the entrance and slice it with my daggers. (do you roll for me or do I do my roll?)
Quick question: How narrow is this corridor?
Seiromem

Only enough to comfortably move single file.

Also you can indeed roll for yourself

Which means if I try to shoot this thing, I'm going to hit one of my party members. Thank you, Seiromem, for starting two archers in narrow corridors where we're both absolutely useless in a fight. What are my options since I can't use a bow?

I cast Divine Protection on Ratfest.

Well, with proper team coordination, perhaps you'd be able to shoot enemies without penalty.

Analyzing your foe doesn't just give you advantage and stuff, you actually do discern it's weaknesses and strengths.

If you wish to rectify this problem at a later date, you could attempt to find a melee weapon, or perhaps learn magic from someone, or something.

Pianotm, you definitely wouldn't be able to hit it with a melee weapon when we're in a single-file line. You could arc an arrow over the party's heads though. You have a bow, not a crossbow.

-----

"Ugh. You can't make bleed that which hasn't any blood. You might make it seep, I suppose, if that qualifies as a consolation prize."

I push my way past the slime into the larger room. As I do so, I use my spell Curse of Pestilence to attempt to inflict it with Fever Filth.

Time to find out what these diseases actually do.
Yikes, sorry for forgetting to post an action.

Since I cannot attack yet, I grab my bow and nock an arrow.
