Could someone explain to me what busing means? Excuse me for being new
It's basically the concept of "throwing someone under a bus". So, in this case, scum purposely implicating other scum as scum in order to appear as not-scum.
Pretty sure that's right?

Bad CAVE! It's your own game! >:V
I appreciate the quick summary, odd.
I've been thinking.. What if scum team really don't who each other are? Psy/ Liberty wouldn't get each other lynched if they know their alignments.
I don't think busing arguments are valid due to the current game setup. Remaining scum probably have to think on they're own or set someone up to cover themselves.
We haven't taken the rules into consideration.

Tale, scum does know who each other are, I'm fairly certain about that. However, there is something that you did bring to my attention. All three scum members know each other, BUT according to the rules they can only communicate at night. Which is something very interesting to consider. This means that their Day 1 actions are wayyyy less coordinated as we may have thought.
Unless CAVE just copy pasted the rules from Jeroen's game without giving them a proper look and in this game scum can actually communicate during day phase :V

Ozzy, This is a mafia game for 13 players based on everyone's favorite game theory problem, the prisoner's dilemma. After 13 people have signed up, 10 will be randomly assigned town and 3 will be assigned scum. Scum will not, at this point, know who their scumbuddies are yet.
Probably copy pasted, I didn't participate in Jeroen's game : \

@Tale that line was reffering to when everyone choses vanilla or non-vanilla. Scum did not know who eachother were while chosing vanilla or non-vanilla, otherwise they would get an advantage by telling each other ahead of time whether to pick vanilla or not.
@Ozzy Okay, I understand what that meant now. Does that explain why Role Cop was used for scum role if it's that powerful?
Looks like the wild ozzy fled from your questions for now. I'm back for a bit so I'll answer the leftovers.
This first half of the post is going to be answering tale.
Role cop is only powerful in a scum role. A town role cop would use the power, get a role back, have to determine if they think it's a town/scum role, and only reveal it to the thread if they feel like it's a scum role. The reason for this is if town announces a role in the thread, they are automatically giving that information to scum. This role also isn't a sureway to hunt scum because some roles can be hard to tell.
Alignment cop on the other hand is a strong town role but a weak scum role. The reason for this is scum pretty much know both their own alignment, as well as their teammates alignment right from the start. Knowing other people does virtually nothing for them, especially when they can kill unseen.
As for scum hunting, it's mostly formulating your own opinions on how people are acting. This comes in two forms. The first is in information. If they are using/explaining information in a weird way, then that could be a scum tell. The other is behavior. You may know this one player is more aggressive as scum, and more passive as town if you have played with them for a bit, so you can figure out scum tells in that way too. Generally, just look for whoever is acting weird.
Alright, now back to your regularly scheduled scumhunting.
Scum is 100% within the people who have claimed vanilla at this point. All of the town roles that have been claimed have been used/seen in action and pretty much guarantee certain people as town. It also feel like there are too many vanilla in proportion to the power of the roles we do have.
I'm thinking there is a possibility that our third scum could be vanilla. We haven't seen anything weird happening (though a behind the scenes power is still possible). The biggest reason I'm thinking this is because role cop is a powerful scum role, and his power wasn't limited in use either.
As for targets, I'm still leaning between PA and Emily. I still don't know if that shinan kill was a new player mistake, or a veteran trying to be sneaky and make it look like a new player mistake given how many new people we have. I am noticing there have been quite a few defensive posts from emily since the kill, but I'm unsure if that's a tell or not.
I also went back and noticed emily only voted for psy once, and only at the very end. I'm going to do this for now.

Looking more thoroughly at the voting, I think emily was the only one who wasn't deep into any chain. She only came late into the psy chain This is strictly looking at the votes.
I'd also be down for confirmation on if that rule that ozzy spotted was a copy/paste oversight or not.
I'm going to go back and look at arguments too and see exactly when they occurred.

I think that's true. I did the second-to-last vote on both Psy and Piano (I think at least, I can't be asked to go back and double check). But I did say I would vote to lynch Psy pretty early, when he had just a couple votes. And (obviously this isn't verifiable, but...) I held back when he was at hammer, just to see what his response would be.
The second lynch was so quick though (we went from like 2 votes to hammer really quickly), I'm not sure I'd consider many really being deep in that.
Wasn't fomar also late in both lynches too?
I'm just not clear on what this signifies, though.

Ninja'ed.
It's true, I didn't vote for Psy on the first runnup, because I would have hammered and I wanted to hear what he would say/claim first.

I just checked. You were willing to vote psy but he was one away from hammer so you couldn't yet, backed off a bit after the claim, said liberty/piano were suspicious after the great debate but didn't vote for either, and at various times said PA was the most scummy. I don't really disagree that PA was looking pretty scummy day 1, but strictly looking at votes you didn't place a single one down on piano or liberty day 1, and were one of the very last to be putting a vote down on psy in both cases (you just couldn't the first time cause we needed to wait).
As for formar, he was a bit late in that he nearly hammered psy before I cancelled my vote, but he was also the very first vote on liberty at one point.

i think she is suspicious too. after the immediate conclusion that a new player had killed shinan or that it was also solely to frame her. the other person i would like to lynch is odd. but it's because at this point we can do nothing more but go through the most suspicious blues. i don't think it's odd unless he wasn't just here or paying attention at all so he killed shinan, which i guess could be possible.
i will be voting her. but i am not voting yet because ivory said to wait.

Here's the vote results from day 1 and 2 just to make it easier for the rest of us to look back.

Looks like on day 2 you were also one of the last votes again on piano. I also find it weird you didn't vote for PA on day 2 after being convinced he was scum on day 1. He had several points on him at one point. Granted those piano votes came in quick so being 5th to vote isn't that strange here, I do think it was weird you didn't go after PA again.
These are all just observations though, and I still need to see what PA and emily have to say tomorrow.
Also, it's fine to vote. Emily just meant to wait on hammering anyone. I'm not expecting hammer on emily to even be possible without emily and ozzy's input, and this gets my thoughts out there.
