Ruphand: An Apothecary's Adventure

Latest patch as of 6/28/19 fixes a few more bugs.

I will come back to this later, since so much has been added between 0.2.4-P1 and 0.2.5 that it might delay the update if I go into it now.

For now, note that:
--The lag on the "Made with MV" splash screen is now gone.
--Condensed Thunder Formula previously had Attack and Defense applied before Thunder Weakness/Resistance. It now uses the proper damage formula where Thunder Rate is applied before Attack and Defense.
--Wind can no longer stunlock you indefinitely.
--There's buckets of new content.
