YuGiOh Online League LV1 Has gone down the tube.
EDIT: Nevermind. I can't make any of my real life decks with this thing and that wouldn't be any fun for me. Sorry. =/

Your build is fucking win. Azure will be leveled up and used as an enemy in Act III.
Just remember: he's hostile. Not blood-hungry hostile, but... hostile.

Hold shift to run in RMVX!

While I don't believe in alignments in the D&D sense (MORALITY IS NOT THAT SIMPLE YOU GUYS), and I don't promise a KOTOR/Mass Effect style morality system or truly branching gameplay based on each and every one of your choices, I will say that your choice to be merciful or merciless in Act I will DEFINITELY effect the ending you get. There are 2.5 endings, kind of like Act I had 2.5 endings.
That's all I needed to know. Thanks.

Well obviously, you didn't die, you were just knocked out. If you had died, you would have gotten a game over screen. : )
They were still talking as if I had held my own during that match, though. It was awkward. xD
[Demo] MAGE DUEL
I made myself an illusionist, sub-conjurer w/"Summon Zombie". Every match panned out pretty much the same way: Cast "Summon Zombie," then "Mirror Image," "Taunt," and finally "Blindfold" or "Weak Will". Enemies started to become immune to Blindfold latter on, so Weak Will proved to be more useful. Combining these effects together felt satisfying, but I do hope I'll have a use for the other techniques as the game progresses.
Some quirks about the game.
* After the Zombie reached Level 2, it kept repeating the same announcement after every match.
* I agree that the camera panning got annoying, especially after losing and restarting a match.
* The holding cell is boring. No one has anything new to say to you after each battle, and going from the commander to the healing spot and back is a chore. It would be much more effective as a pictured menu. You'd get faster access to saving, too, which is convenient. Or, I might feel more accustomed to it if my damn character were to move faster...
* I died during the handicap match, so what people starting saying afterwards felt pretty silly.
* Speaking of which, I sure hope there's a more meaningful point to the "choose your alignment" thing you've got going there. You know, besides interesting cutscenes. I mean, it was amusing to select a "hostile response" for anything anyone had to say, but if that's all there is to it...

Wow, backlog.
How do you feel about game concepts that will not be further developed? I mean, I technically haven't "given up," but the idea is so dated and I already decided to stop using RPG Maker, so I just don't want to work on it anymore. However, I'm very interested in learning what you'll like about it (if anything... which I'm expecting to be a totally valid opinion) so that I can carry over the strong points and add some polish to them for later use.
I did I lot of experiments with RPG Maker, just to see if I could. This is my attempt at creating a CBS based on Star Ocean. All you can do is attack spam and hope you don't die; there's plenty of glitches, and magic - while I attempted to put it in - is not even close to completion. The build is old, because my more recent builds were lost in a hard-drive crash, but the latest wasn't much different - it added a premature bounty system where you'd earn points to shop for items in the "black market," slightly better dialogue, and mini-cutscenes just like in "Tales of" games (complete with random blinking, lol).
At least there's a little custom music thrown in there, produced by me. (Note: PLEASE DO NOT STEAL!)
I later went on to attempt a full-on action RPG system, a Final Fantasy 8 mock-battle system, and a Super Mario RPG battle system, the later of which was extremely promising, but alas... that stupid hard-drive crash...

It's not a game I intend to continue working on, specifically, which is why I'm not submitting it to RM, and I'm not making a thread about it (unless you want me to).
YU-GI-OH REGIONAL CHAMPIONS
I run three different Yu-Gi-Oh! decks: Lv3 Normals with Enchanting Fitting Room, Dimensional Fissure Toolbox, and Batteryman OTK. I might replace D.Fissure Toolbox with Gadgets if I'm bored enough, especially since Soul Taker is getting a cheaper re-print.
What I really want to play with is Volcanic Monarchs, but nobody is selling Volcanic Rocket cheap enough. I missed out on when the promo editions were $10 each. ;_;

COMPLETE: EPIC MONSTER DUNGEON EXPLORE 2
Final character stats:

This is the most addicting rpg I have ever played. What really helped me get through it is that a session into this game is very short, so there's no pressure to dedicate endless hours power-leveling to victory. Other games like Disgaea go on for hours, forcing you to level like crazy despite so many other things you could be doing in the game... if it didn't kick your ass for not leveling like crazy! =/
You could probably make a full game out of this by creating some sort of "random map generator" and granting the player points everytime he "beats the game" to unlock more interesting classes.

So instead of 1 project, you're submitting 3?
Sweet... that sure to win you a huge fanbase. =D
If they're all completed games, remember to submit during the last week of July for V.I.P access. ;)
