author=Link_2112author=LibertyWait..what? If that's the case then the deadline isn't the actual deadline. You need to submit your game in advance of the deadline so that it has time to get accepted in the submissions queue, and then I can submit it to the event?
As long as you have already uploaded the game to a gamepage, you can submit it through this page at any time (you will need to have a working game page and have the game uploaded there before you can submit it here).
Why can't I just submit it to the event directly? That way I know I'm not going to miss the deadline. That's a pretty roundabout way of doing an event. In the SMBX events we could submit a direct file to the event page. That makes way more sense.
She was very clear numerous times that you needed to account for your game page submission as part of the completed entries which is why numerous people have been posting game pages for the games. So roundabout or not... it was how it was presented. This isn't the SMBX event.

Damn! All of these upsetting updates. Time for a positive one.
A Most Inconvenient Evening is fully functional now. All of the quests are properly evented. That said, there's a ton of polish we have to do. Still, the game's quite short. I'm quite confident that we'll be ready with time to spare.
