So how about all you homies/homettes give me some feedback on my Skill system.
The color of the background of those comment boxes in your make the "quote" boxes invisible...
Also that blue is pretty hideous. Why don't you try leaving the darker gray for the background and a lighter shade for the inner boxes?
You can display the TP with pictures? You don't have to use a message box to display a variable's value...

So how about all you homies/homettes give me some feedback on my Skill system.
I like the concept although while it is pretty original for rm2k3 games, it's really common in a lot of western RPGs. You know, like when you level up you get "stat" points or whatever that you can deposit into skill areas. Other than that, the layout needs work and I'm not really a fan of that dark gray rock background being the background for both the outer AND inner boxes.

Chimera Report did not use lighting or REFMAP... I have no clue about this one.
You COULD be talking about Muse http://rpgmaker.net/games/902/ but it's not an RPG, there's no battles at all, and there's no REFMAP. It was originally on GW a little over a year ago.
