Your arguments seems to have two points that you continue to repeat.

1) If guns are controlled better, only the "good guys" can't get them.

2) People will be violent no matter what, we have to have guns to fight against them.

(If I'm wrong that these are your arguments, then you can write off what comes next.)

Argument number one is based upon an assumption of poor gun control. It's also based upon gun control in the form of only government regulation. Neither of these need to be the case.

Argument number two is also is mistaken. There are measures people and governments can take to decrease violence in a society. The problem is they're very complex and the results are hard to see and measure. Despite this, it is possible and has been done.

Wait, who's not blaming the murderer? It's not like if you look at guns as a factor in this you're saying the murderer isn't at fault.

I agree about the culture thing (Japan and America being really different). Guns have a strong part in American culture and have for hundreds of years. That's why gun control is important, to try and change that aspect of culture.

When a celeb gets caught with drugs in Japan, they get fired from their celebrity company and their career is over. All commercials, movies, music is pulled. It's intense.

The point is why are there so many people who are nuts in America compared to other first world countries and does America's attitude towards guns and violence in general have anything to do with it.

I don't hate Americans, I just disagree with some mainstream American opinions. Gun control happens to be up there.

It's awesome that Americans want to fight the massive amount of gun violence they have by good law abiding citizens shooting the people doing the gun violence.

If we're going to blame things that aren't the guy himself, we can look at the inflated importance of sex in society. There's many 48 year olds who have never had sex, and they're doing just fine. Why did he think sex is so important? Maybe because every media outlet inflates its importance?

Also, hatred of women. Being angry for not having sex with girls so shooting them? That's basic misogyny. Does he feel that women are fuck machines (thanks Vonnegut), and if they don't fulfill his desires then he gets angry at them? What perpetuated such sexist demeaning attitudes?

It is interesting. What makes these losers who are sexist assholes obsessed with sex? He must've been one alienated sad little boy getting further and further away from reality only having the internet or some form of media to create his norms and values on what's important.
