Worst videogame character.

When I first saw FF4 the After Years in motion I thought it was a small cell phone developed game with downloadable chapters.

Hey, that's what it is. I guess it's valid to say they shouldn't have ported it to the Wii.

I've only watched Advent Children once 3 years ago in Japanese (no subtitles, and I didn't understand a thing), and looking back I think that helped me enjoy it more. I clicked a few of those links of the movie, and it definitely seems worse with dialogue.

Final Fantasy XIII Ideal vs Actuality

vXIII looks like absolute garbage.

Also, it would be easy to rename this thread "Here is a bunch of people who didn't realize they were watching fake footage."

Really who? I must've missed those posts in the sea of "I don't really care about this" posts.

Final Fantasy XIII Ideal vs Actuality

Graphics reached the point of me not caring with PS2 graphics. There was a little room for improvement with PS games.

This however, doesn't bug me at all. When I first saw the pics on Kotaku, I didn't read it, and had no idea what the big deal was. I thought it was about stylistic changes or making characters more cute/sexy.

ugh..exercise...

I'm from Surrey, although I tell people I'm from Vancouver. It's what we do.

Tomorrow's exercise is... surfing! It kills my arms every time, but it fun times.

ugh..exercise...

I must've misread your post Feld about the walking/jogging thing. My bad.

Jogging I think is potentially dangerous, but I've had zero problems so far. I'll research free weight shit for netx time I go to the gym.

Is there such a thing as going too much to the gym? I go 3 to 4 times a week as it is right now.

post your picture

If I did it right this time, this is me at the bar.

ugh..exercise...

I'm getting in shape so I can do things that I couldn't do otherwise. Longer hikes, rock climbing, long distance bike rides, etc. I'd hate to want to plan a big trip or do anything and realize I can't do to my lack of fitness. I think in fairly similar terms with other aspects of life. It's all to increase freedom and possibility.

Feld, while your (probably unintentional) slightly condescending attitude makes me take everything you say with a grain of salt, I did do internet research on most things you said, and what I got out of it was that it wouldn't hurt to also do some free weight exercises. A lot of sources I've read straight up disagree with you about walking and jogging, but the rest of what you said seems fairly valid.

ugh..exercise...

If that is the case, then why are they popular in gyms (where I'm assuming specialists work)?

Also, I'm guessing the alternative is free weights, and wouldn't a person use those in a very similar manner? Wouldn't it depend on the exerise regardless of if it is a machine or free weights?

ugh..exercise...

Would you consider your opinion the prevailing professional opinion, or is it a more unique opinion you've acquired over your years being interested in this topic?

ugh..exercise...

I go jogging or for walks a lot. Those seem to help me lose weight the most and they are what I enjoy the most. I'm not looking for lots of muscle.

When I use machines at the gym, it's just using them three times doing 10 - 20 reps depending on how much weight I put. For some reason I have it in my head that many reps with smaller weight helps tone. I'm not sure if it's true.
