I never play/don't play games based on reviews, because frankly everyone has different tastes.
Yeah, I personally don't see what's so great about OoT, and probably never will.

Speaking of which, Should I TRY Vacant Sky?
I myself haven't played it, besides the battles everything is just meh to me.
The developer himself even says the first Act is the worst(being his first game) so that kinda puts me off too.
Sounds like he voted for his game to win, or paid RMN.

GTA is a really open ended storyline with fluctuating characters.
Just like the FF games, not all of them are connected, only certain things are taken from each one and implemented into the next.
If a fangame is only loosely based on the world and characters, and for the most part is original, then I think it would be enjoyed by those who know about said material, and those who don't.
Its games (like Joseph said) that try to copy everything from the game/anime and then it just comes off bad.
Because besides curiosity, why would someone play a fan made game over the real thing?

So it does the traditional pokemon theme? Take 3 steps, battle, take 3 more steps, battle the same monster, step 4 times, battle a different monster, step 3 times, face the previous monster, step 3 times, rehash monster. Gain a badge, you can't use a pokemon above a lvl without another badge, get 8 badges, fight the TEAM of the game, beat whatever pokemon the TEAM revived/awakened/created, beat Elite 4. Get unskippable credits, play after credits for useless extras, and make 2 versions. Then, combine the 2 versions in ne version with longer extras after the credits but still mostly pointless?

Don't look at reviews to determine gameplay, you may almost always be disappointed. Especially ignore reviews from IGN. They are the stupidest ************* ass ******* N****** I have seen in my life.
