Rewards for good blog post.

I am inclined to agree. It is kind of sad brilliant blog posts like these: http://rpgmaker.net/games/471/blog/4177/ do not even last a day on the front page, bumped down by "Going on hiatus...", "Stay tuned for an important battle stat announcement!" and "Title change coming soon!"

idk, it's one part people needing to learn to post meaningful content and one part changing site functionality to make content the people like more visible

some people get defensive when criticized for poor quality blogging but need to understand posting completely trivial blog updates won't really do anything for you but exhaust your fanbase. when and if you finally do post something of consequence nobody will click it because they have been burned 500 times in the past by ten word blog posts 'announcing new announcement soon keep your cyberspace browsers at the ready'.

it's kind of a huge problem because it's really discouraging for people who want to post really thoughtful and well done content. it will just be pushed into oblivion instantly by meaningless fluff

Battle system coding has begun!

announcement: announcing release of new screenshot soon

Battle system coding has begun!

wow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ah, for you wilfred the hero and sunset over imdahl fans.

woah thanks a lot man, all my old RM stuff is locked away on my dead laptop >.<

is coffee really the only way?

so i've recently started to drink coffee. i've always sort of been against it because it's pretty disgusting. i'm at the point where i wake up in the morning and i am just a zombie and the day just drags along and i'm not alert at all, which makes me unproductive, procastination, etc.

coffee seems to help, a lot, but it's gross. i would like to have some kind of alternative.

put in 3 spoons of sugar and flavored hazelnut cream, it is the only way that lowly america beverage is tolerable.

ah, for you wilfred the hero and sunset over imdahl fans.

cool interview with a cool person :D

What a legend is Teo. Imdahl is amazing, plus he did a tech demo about falling off a massive skytower world once which was great too. I found those two had quite a haunting quality to them. Real works of art.

yeah dude, that was for the 2006 mapping contest I think. this city was built on a huge mess of pipes and things, and they threw their criminals off but some managed to survive on the pillar. really imaginative! if anyone has that please upload!

Hiatus............ :(

It's still only a single similarity. Little else about them is the same 'sides from the ripped graphics, much like little else about Leo & Leah and The Lion King is the same 'sides the lions.

Basically, if SL is gonna make the same silly joke about FE all the time, he should look closer to home first...

it is a lot more than a single similarity, otherwise meiscool would have received the same jokes years ago. im sorry the white knight's armor doesnt suit you bud...

except it bears absolutely no resemblance to the lion king except the type of mammal the main character is. i guess in 'fallen grievers' world citizen kane is the same as house party 2 because the protagonists are both humans
That they bare no resemblance bar a single thing (animals) is kinda the point... since there is only a single similarity between FE and BC too (the ripped graphics)... unless SL truly think's Fe and BC are the same, in which case "i guess in SL's world citizen kane is the same as house party 2 because the protagonists are both humans"

that analogy doesn't work in your favor because balmung's protagonist is an einherjar and fe's is a human. so SL isn't likely to believe that about those two movies because he hasn't displayed a tendency to think that way in previous circumstances (as with the two games you cited)

Idk, by the time you release Leo & Leah, we would have all seen and played The Lion King, so we won't even need to play it.
