I have to say, I enjoy seeing other people taking an interest in the RTP. Though, the cliffs seem a bit, how do I put this, basic... Perhaps you should be a bit more abstract (or whatever the word I'm looking for is) with cliffs, you know, having some that stretch out over others to meet the walking path.

Though I somewhat agree with nickad with giving the player something worth going there for, I also find that small areas like this really bring out the world, as any small nook and cranny can be explored, and, if the player would so wish, gives them a place to escape the troubles of the world (you know, the 1000 year old evil that plans to take over/destroy it), and to sit back and admire the world for what it is.
Even though this is typically for people who want to role play within a role playing game.

Creating A Sprint/Run Key
One thing I must ask, though pardon me for doing so this late after the article was made, but how would you go about turning off this system for cut-scenes that require the use of the hero moving at a pre-determined speed, as to not cut off another event's walk path?

Where's the depth in upper left and central buildings? The half of the tree sticking out behind the upper wall tile makes the building appear to be a single tile thick.

Location: Lefarnius Pub
Information: Although terrifying to the human residents of the town of Lefarnius, the pub serves even the monsters of the fields a refreshing beer, at regular price of course. In their current state, anyone is able to come in and speak to these creatures for what ever it may be worth. A child is seen frequenting the pub, although unable to purchase drinks as he is underage. When asked what he is doing there, he has simply said that he is not there to drink, but is there for the cat girls.

Fishing_in_Ice_Forest.PNG
Location: Ice Forest (Lireseron continent)
Information: A simple village that is notorious for its continuous snowy weather. The water, though dangerously cold, flows through rivers that divide the village into three sections. Surrounded by mountains, the only way for one to visit this frozen village is by way of airship. Although a very harsh place to visit, if one does decide to do so, one can learn how to craft various items, weapons, and armor by combining materials found throughout the world. Training in such craft will cost 1000 GP, but will allow those who are well experienced in the trade to create very useful items on a moments notice (especially useful in dungeons).

Location: Lireseron
Information: Residing along the southern coast of the continent, Lireseron is a village built next to an active volcano. The reasoning behind this can only be believed to be a tourist's destination, though there are those who have taken up residence in this village. A detail that makes this village different than anywhere else in the world is its bank, where citizens, after paying 1000 GP to set up an account, can deposit their money for safe-keeping. Those who deposit enough will receive interest depending on the amount stored.
