Another note on the shadows. Why are the shadows facing south-east for nearly everything, but the wells have shadows that go straight south?

That's exactly what I used to set it down to the default speed, and there were still many occasions where it still used the slower text speed.

I think I should bring this up, but there seems to be a serious copy+paste issue with this game. EVERY MAP LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME, minus small details like a CAVE OPENING. *gasp*

What's wrong with using RTP? And I can only assume that the game designers intent with the inner church (?) where the player is standing in front of should have been a cabinet of some sort that only comes up to the waist.
Final Fantasy Dreams Review
If you were to look in the comments of the game page, you would find that Aten both uploaded the file for download and instructed those who played the game on where to place it to allow the game to work. One thing I agree with in this review is that the text speed is VERY slow at some parts, despite me setting the text speed to the Rm2k3's default text speed, which is \s. It seemed that Aten didn't take the extra time to look over every conversation and fix it accordingly.

Trust me on this one, I've played through it, and there are none. Nothing but a 113MB, 14 map demo with nothing more than 4 heroes I shouldn't care about walking through a cave with little visibility, no true boss, no true desire to continue on from any given point, Ephiam is a big badass villian (way to throw yourself into the game, lulz), and an ending of a vision-less dream.
