fire and brimstone has a lot going on. it's W9 difficulty for sure. BUT it's also a very solid level overall
and yeah, we also have to remember that players will be entering these levels with a loaded arsenal. they won't be playing them in a "vacuum" so to speak, which makes the levels harder by default.
