Americanization
O.K Its regarded as great by the intended audience, I can't be angry at someone for doing his job. Zac is also a good actor also and this being said its probably going to be a huge hit and make alot of money. I also cant be angry at someone trying to make money, thats just how the world rolls.
Guess I just have stronger taste for anime and Japanese culture over american, It would also suck if everything was Japanized or somethings, just feel that people shouldn't change something just because it doesn't fit in their books or they don't get it, I had no idea about some stuff I learned from anime about Japan e.t.c but this was actually very intresting, if everything becomes the same, oh everyone has to have en english name, everyone has to have a rainbow in each scene, everyone has to make make money... where does it all go?
The ice skaters look whore like because they all have make up and are all wannabe hot but their kids so its kinda disturbing. Maybe this is how kids are in U.S or something. I'm not so offended by them having an asian, black e.t.c its just that america is a diverse place like their more than one race combined, I also dont mind if most of the anime I watch seldom has black guys e.t.c since its not like japan is off the coast of Africa so I don't mind just having one or two characters like this not a rainbow everywhere then you go to japan or U.S and its totally different.

Did you guys read about the american remake of the death note movie, O.K the Japanese one was not that great but they raped the script and are throwing in Zac Efron to make it even more gay, O.K he looks a bit like light cause of his hair but its no longer light its something lame like Luke Muray, hope they dont screw with death note, it's too epic to be screwed down so I shouldn't worry to much though.
I hate Americanization, why don't they just keep things how the creators made it if it doesn't sell then everyone else can eat dog. Like it ruined everything, have you ever noticed how voice overs in anime and games sound like they have a fist up their ass. Anyway I wouldn't mind if they just changed things a little like kept the whole plot and names just made it in English and maybe explained a few japanese terms or something...

Over last weekend till this weekend I've been jamming with wavepad and a p.c to sterio cable ( the thin green one ), recorded some stuff and had fun, decided to mix it with some of my personal favorite tracks that inspired me to make an armature album.
Its has some tracks from Ruth Whites Flowers of Evil that you might have heared in Space Funeral and some recordings of guitar sessions that mixed beautifully with her poetry, some tracks have various artists underground artists like Lightdreams, Ariel Pink, Gong and Illitcht with a bit of their lyrics and riffs added along.
The result was a kind of experimental dark but heart felt ( emotion-full ) composition of freestyle jam sessions and a peace of my dream current.

lost interest? how was it limiting like you can only make animations?
I think its been like 4 almost 5 years since I got rpg maker 2k3 then X.P e.t.c but I still have alot of interest in a simple program like this ( simple compared to the big boys like Vlave, Maya e.t.c ).
I got it because I plan on doing an animation course in university and game design ( the arts like character design, modeling all, animations, rendering all of it since I'm average at maths, programing e.t.c but more naturally good at arts )
It seems like 3dMax is unpopular, is it that hard to get good with?

Earthquake in Japan
Yeah the tsunami really hit hard, the earthquake was just an appetizer I don't think anyone could have been prepared to be served that hard. I think they might build huge tsunami proof domes or something I don't know... Japan has its way of innovating themselves to a whole-nother level. This could be the start of rebuilding an even stronger east coast.
Apparently some citys and towns where nearly un-affected, those must be some really strong earthquake resistant buildings.

I got called by misao and her family this morning. It seems they managed to get to Osaka during the evacuation. I'm glad my friends are safe.

Seeing the footage on BBC of houses being swept away was legitimately frightening. I hope those who're now homeless manage to recover.
Yeah, Its unfortunate though. I guess most people are now going to live in the mainland in the future, its like the whole east coast was swung and drowned.

I'm sure Japan has alot of Earthquake proof buildings ( Tokyo was fine compared... ) but the issue might be the nuclear reactors now, I think its getting under control. Evacuations must have saved alot of people. Hopefully all will get better again. I'll try help if I can by a donation, might make a difference no-matter how small ( I'm a student lol... ). I'd hate to see Japan go down like that after I really wanted to go their for university, ... -_- Might have to wait a while now, my mums like what if you went this year? you'd be dead!
