Palin is dumb. If McCain dies, she becomes president. That is a no-no.

That. She's basically just another link in the republican's chain to control all the oil. Her husband is an oil tycoon and she's a big investor in drilling. She also seems to care nothing for the environment. In fact, she encourages the hunting of wolves (which, due to one of the Bush administration's last acts, are no longer protected as an endangered species (not like that stopped her before)(and the real reason that act was passed was to gain surefire support of Idaho, Montana and Wyoming for the republican party, as those states are apparently avid wolf-haters (they'll of course know that any democrat is going to try and protect the wolves, so they won't vote democrat))) >.>

* Well balanced, challenging, tough (DBS!) battles and almost no other gameplay!
After this game, it is my earnest hope you will never again think of the RPG Maker Default battle System as something boring or tired. This game's battles focus on tense, one-on-one battles (duels) between magic users. And the battles, and hence the game, are different every time through depending on how you build your character and what skills you choose!

Though I still think this would be much much better if you went to a full CBS, I'll give this DBS a shot (this coming from the one who hisses and throws holy water on DBS games ussually). I sincerely hope you're right that even the DBS can be fun this way.

Also, you said at each level, you can advance towards another spell, yes? But what about stats, do those level up normally, or do they even come in to play at all?

Gah, you all have themed decks? I never got enough cards to even consider that. But mine is a pretty standard beat-down, though I like to use cards that limit the opponent's options- Metalsilver Armor, Raregold, Patrician of Darkness. It's quite nice, actually, but I don't know if it could stand up to you guys.

Actually, my friend has a Gravekeeper's themed deck, it's pretty good, but so far the score between us is like, 25-7, my favor. o.o

So, the convention is this weekend. My costume is done, looks satisfactory, and everything is in order, including friends, food, transportation and money.
The problem?
I lost my voice today, the day it starts.

I hate life.
