Windows 7
7? I just heard it as Windows 2009. Oh well.
I am a Vista user, but not by choice. I've gotten used to it now, but when I first got it was terrible. I took me having it for about a year and a half before I finally got all the drivers and work arounds and programs set up for it to do all the stuff my XP computer did. Also, the horrid security warnings were a nightmare. I haven't seen them lately, though... But seriously.
*run program*
"<program> is trying to run. Have you used this program before, or do you know where it came from?"
-yes-
"You are trying to authorize a program to run. Would you like to continue authorization?"
-yes-
"Program cannot be authorized. Please restart the program under administrator privellages"
-okay (fuckyou)-
*run program as administrator*
"Would you like to run as administrator?"
-yes.-
"<program> is trying to run. Have you used this program before, or do you know where it came from?"
-yes-
"You are trying to authorize a program to run. Would you like to continue authorization?"
-yes-
"This program is not compatible with windows vista at this time"
Options: "Okay."
That was in fact, not okay. And shame on Microsoft for making me click the button that said it was.

author=Natook link=topic=1950.msg32078#msg32078 date=1221537596Like I said, I didn't agree to them using my DS, they just took it, and when I got it back, I would hide it a jacket, or somewhere, something (uniform didn't have big enough pockets) and they'd just find it and take it again. >.>author=Euphorian link=topic=1950.msg32069#msg32069 date=1221535163
It was an especially long debate tournament, okay? I was bored.
So naturally, it turned into a game of capture the flag, only with a DS (and without my consent).
Who the crap does that? Even a soda bottle full of rocks would've worked, and you know... not expensive.

Other strategy RPGs for DS, there's Advance Wars DS, Luminous Arc (which I highly recommend) and they're releasing Luminous Arc 2 in November. I want it now. Gr.
I'm a DS supporter, but mine is trashed. The top screen is cracked, the picture is fading to white, it has a red ting, one hinge is broken, the L and R buttons are burned out, the GBA slot is bent in and cracked.... In spite of all that, if I really needed to, I could still get it to be fully functional, with much inconvenience.... And GBA games that don't need L/R to play work great on it still (I moved the GBA screen to the bottom one).
I've played about 100 more hours on Pokemon Pearl under the above conditions. Go DS.

RMN Around the World
Location: Colorado, USA
City: Denver
Weather: Lately it's sunny. Bah. But throughout the year we range from 113 degrees to -13.
Cool Fact: Do not try to sled down the mountains if you don't know what's under the snow. Rusty train engines hurt.

Little gems.
Angel San na no: So.
Angel San na no: Um.
Angel San na no: I apologize for being a tramp and ditching you and running off with some chick with cat ears.
Angel San na no: ....Again.

[Demo] MAGE DUEL
Illusionist for me probably, just because I like illusion..ing. I'm a bit worried that their skills won't be able to muster enough power to take down the enemy before they go down, and what you're referring to as 'needing strategy' is just a euphemism for 'difficult to play'. I find a lot of RM games tend to do that...
With the conjurers, when they summon a ___ does the ___ actually get added to the party for the battle, and you actually control it, or does it just appear for an auto-attack and go on its merry way?

Questions you always wanted to ask other members, but felt too lazy or awkward to do so.
How often on RM?
It varies a lot depending on my motivation. Some days, not at all, other days, literally all day (and since I don't sleep much, that would be... like, 16-18 hours, or on a school day, 11-13ish.) I mapped a 70 map dungeon completely in a period of 48 hours. I can get very obsessive.
