The number of the ending here has no relation to a girl's ID (which would be 107 for Riku in this case). It's just the game keeping track (or trying to) of what content you did or did not see.
author=EgyLynxThe "ALSO" in the list of known chars indicates that an ID has been used for more then one char by different authors for different content.
id 110-120, 125-129 and 131+ was now free, if i am look right? (And 30?)
By the way, 104, uses Kitsune... What these ALSO means?
That's not a problem unless someone else tries to write a STORY containing both chars.

There's no direct way for checking "clean mode on/off".
But it's easy enough for a STORY to check if Miki's first event has been seen or not. That's nearly as good.
As for 151 mode: you can't check this in-game. There's no way to know in advance.
What can be done is to check if a certain event in a given run plays after - say - day 120 or to trigger an event on the 102nd day.
That's obviously too late to change any route, tho.
But it's easy enough for a STORY to check if Miki's first event has been seen or not. That's nearly as good.
As for 151 mode: you can't check this in-game. There's no way to know in advance.

How can get all end´s? ... ??..
To get Mayumi's true ending you must help her, her sister AND Himeko as well as you can.
The secondary ending is for those who completed Mayumi's own route but somehow goofed up with one of the other two.
The last ending has been removed ages ago, sorry.

How it works is: Somebody writes a new story about some new girl(s).
Most of the writers find it easier or better to have their girls interact with existing content.
It is possible to check for "clean mode on" and - to some extend - for "Masako is present". Most of us who have written stuff for this game use this very sparingly.
Rewriting entire story lines in the way you suggest would mean to basically do things twice or even more times.
Like, if you have a new girl named "Mary" and the player is supposed to know her family background and you write one story where she talks with Miki and Keika about it ... if this should work without Miki and Keika, too you'd have to write another event where she tells him this herself.
But it won't stop there: virtually anything that happens between her and the player might need to check if she told him herself or if he just overheard it.

If you have a look at the page Marrend just linked above you will find something named "Requirments/Note" for almost any custom content. Most of them require you to "Disable clean mode" which means they need the build-ins to be active. Some say "Enable Junko" or similar which means you should enable - say - Junko's profile and story.

Hmm... 151 is actually too much time to one character, but, if there at 3 ?
Or character which are one 20% event and is just one shoot?
The 151 mode just gives you more time in case you feel you need it. You should be able to complete any content easily within the 101 days of the normal game.
Unless you miss out on some important part of her story, get extremely unlucky or have too many content packs enabled in one single game.

As for the link: I liked some of the texts over there. Especially the loving description of "the cast" of the built in stories.

It IS entirely possible to get more then one girl to "LOVE" during one playthrough. You'd have to be very observend for this or at least know them very well, tho. And getting them to "love you" isn't all it takes to make them into girlfriends.

Actually I handled the way Sayumi and Himeko are locked differently, because their relationships with the player are different and thus Himeko needed more room for emotional "bonding" ...
