Mayumi has a total of four different endings (two if you didn't enable Pathways too) depending on how you interacted with her and a bunch of other girls.

Even so, I still don't understand the underlying point you're trying to make here. Like, I'm not seeing why it's so important, strange, or extraordinary?
Or, the reference that's being made is totally going over my head. That's a possibility.
Blue is just the color of the Japanese women's national teeam. And Riku wouldn't want nothing more then joining this team.
I'm not enough of an artist to put her in an authentic looking kit so I painted it blue and hoped for the best. :(
