RamZ's Last Minute Resource Mak Evento

I've made a new room and some details for the protagonist's house on the game I'm currently working on.

2021 Misao nomination monthly data

My knowledge on the Misao event was pretty basic as this is my first year participating in the community events.

However, some good folk on discord explained to me how it works and encouraged me to participate.

Early this year I shared my first serious attempt at game making, which was the result of six months of work (a fairly high amount of time for a 2-3 hour game experience) and after the release I kept adding fixes and improvements until I was satisfied with the result.

The project I'm talking about is Abdogtion, an action command based RPG inspired by games like Paper Mario, Earthbound and moon Remix RPG.

Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!

I was working on the trailer for my game which is now available.

It's been performing poorly so far, I guess only thing I can do at this point is hope for it to get better.

Ikoru, that looks very intriguing. Is that claymation? It kind of looks like it.

Yup, it is. I wanted my game to stand out visually. Althrough I'm not sure if it was worth the time, it's been a lot of work.

Hi I love your avatar!

Thank you, it's the portrait of the main character for my game.

I actually saw your game past month thanks to a twit in my feed and it caught my attention instantly, looks pretty fun.

This gif comes from almost the end of the game, though it's completely out of context so it won't be a spoiler.

Hi!

How's it going? I got my game published here some time ago, but I couldn't find time enough to introduce myself properly.

I'm Ikoru, I love pixel art and I'm close to finishing my first RPG Maker game. I grew up playing most of the classics which led me to becone invested on everything related to the engine and its community.

Lastly, gotta say I'm thankful to be able to join the community that saw some of the best games born and grow.
