I don't think anybody can appreciate what it means to kill until they've killed. It's interesting to see a game try to address the subject, though. I don't have anything more thought-provoking to say.

Actually Pedophile is a word that have change a lot through time, it used to mean love between young people (teenagers), and etymologically it actually means love, as not sexual, to masculine teens. So pederasty is the word that refers as abuse to children nowadays despite of being used as synonym of pedophilia, which really mean sexual desire for masculine teenagers. So the very correct term you are looking for would be something like paidioneresty (children=paidion), nothing important but I always like to bring this shit up.
This is made up bullshit. Pedophilia was coined by an Austrian psychiatrist in the late, late 19th century to describe child sex offenders. While its root components are based on more platonic latin, the complete term has always pertained to sexual attraction.

I don't think we're in any danger of going extinct due to dwindling birth rates, nor will banning gay marriage suddenly make hetero marriages produce more children.
