Our Lord and Savior Aremen

Has been blessing us by resurrecting old rpg maker games from the dead, we should help thy savior with this of most holy of projects!!

Devil Hunter: Seeker of Power

This was one of my firsts too, I loved this old game. It's a shame the guy never did make a prequel, and a sequel to this. It had a really interesting story.

By the way Aremen, I'm gonna see if I can help you with this. Sadly alot of the old internet is pretty much buried, but I remember playing this one old rpg maker game called (forget the whole name), and he made a saga out of it if I recall, and had his own website. I remember it belong to the rpg maker 2000 family of games.

EDIT:
I remember the title now!! It was called Final Destiny!

EDIT:
Success, I hit the jackpot even though it was not hard to find. l'll message you the website where there is a collection of classic RPG maker games.

The bad news:
Sites like Angel-Fire, and Geocity is now gone since some rpg games was stored there as I remembered finding one there. I can no longer find access to the web pages that was supposed to be archived.

Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy II

Saw the Battle Tests! I didn't even know the new rpg maker was capable of that!

Btw I noticed your using all the bravest sprites since the last game, I had hoped somebody was going to utilize those in the RPG maker scene.

By the way, I'm sure you already know, but you could use that City of Midgar sprite, and turn it into something else. That would be a good plot device for something fairly big. Just a idea I'm throwing out there. Reason I'm saying, I have yet to see a giant exploration city in a 2D FF game. The only one that was fairly close to that was that one city in FFIII, but that was not explored again till the more modern FF7 happened.

Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy

Ah ok. :)

Btw I did find a real bug this time, it looks like any monster that is capable of using crystal status, and even when cured can lock your character. I assume though the status haunted just remains with you throughout the battle, but it does make healing pointless due to the speed of the health decreasing.

Btw I was poking in the toolset to see if anything was cut from the game out of curiosity and I noticed a few areas were all, but water, and few other curiosities, I was wondering what you had planned for those. :P

kaplen
Collector's guild
Giott's rock
Kohldeen caves
Mt Vista
Do Not Use

OH..during the game, I found a odd place that pretty much is gonna
bridge this game with your next
. I got my butt whooped though! X(!! For now!

The Last King of Hyrule

I haven't gotten around the water temple yet, but trying to. Been alot of distractions.

Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy

EDIT:

Nevermind, I saw your explanation on the other chat board about Asura and Ixion.

Btw does Sunleth Waterscape only trigger on the map if you do any certain things?

Or is it just hidden? I'm betting a island for some reason lol.

The Last King of Hyrule

By the looks of the comments, maybe it's time we consider trying to do a separate version software just for Zelda. We could ask the guys who make Zelda fangames (I forget the site's name) or the guy who made SMBX to craft a special build for it.

Sounds ridiculous I know, but I would imagine it would solve alot of problems. >>

The Last King of Hyrule

I'm trying to keep up myself, life has been keeping busy with other things. So far I seem to understand some basic toolset stuff, but right now I'm trying to figure out how you can transition from one screen to the next which I could never figure out. :P lol

EDIT: I'm not gonna mess with the enemies, and such. I'm just trying to make the water temple area, and let others handle, and edit what is needed afterward.

EDIT 2: Well I could place a few enemies here and there, but I want to see what I could do with traps.

The Last King of Hyrule

Made a change in plans, I always wanted to do a water temple, so far I got the entrance. I managed to figure out how some of the graphics work, but I can't seem to figure how to change the sky background to a zelda style one.
