Did you all managed to extract the old cut content that was in Zelda II? Been curious about that.

I didn't know there was any cut content. What's in it? We've mostly just used the graphics pack that's up at the top of the event description, plus whatever edits each of us can do, many of which are 8-bit versions of later Zelda graphics.

I posted it here a little while back, it features changes/CutContent/etc that didn't make it into Zelda II. How and where you can extract that data I'm not sure.

(besides the ones already in the site that can be used).

One notable cut content was a area that was meant to be East Hyrule(though I imagine you will all use a original map, so it's not really relevant, just a fun tidbit).

There's a few NPC/monster/item/background sprites that was never used as well.

There was also the case of moving water which would be a nice addition to this fan-game.

You be interested to know a mini-boss theme that was in Zelda II was later used for Minish Cap.

(though I'm sure everyone here has common sense, but just to mention, let's not use the Game-Over Seizure graphics lol).

You know bad/crazy/bizarre events in the land of the RMN forums. Even though I've been going here for years, I wasn't much of a communicating person on here, so I don't know what I've missed. I'm just interested in stories about the RMN forums.
