Phantom Legacy (Redux)
I'm gonna start this tomorrow...by the way..what are those strange music tracks on the very bottom on the music folder? Oo (apologizing for using those?? o_O)
btw again, I loved Demon Legacy. Cannot wait to start this one. Also did you self-teach or did you go to an academy for writing? You have one of those styles that can really hook players in, and keeping it really interesting. I'm probably going to expect the same for this. :)

Demon Legacy
Finally beat the game, but I gotta admit damn bastard. I hope the sequel
I was really hooked on this story. I loved this game alot if one looks passed alot of spelling errors, and at least one semi-major bug I found which takes abit of directional sense to get around. Gameplay is a little rough around the edges during the late stages of the game, but nothing too hard. Use of music was pretty good too.
Also I noticed there was a couple of non-used things in the game..(I think). Some oddities on the world map, towns, and looks like there was unused event(least I think it was).
I give this game a 4.5/5, this game was just plain awesome, I was really surprised. I loved all the main characters except that slimy bastard Shadar.
EDIT:
I almost forgot, there was another bug that stopped a event from happening, but it can be bypassed without a story crasher:
This could have been a RPG-maker issue instead of a game issue, but just something worth noting.
I was pretty pissed off Shadar lived
gives that guy his just due

When you get to Shadar's keep, and complete everything in it. As you advance to the last room, you supposed to meet Lelia for the first time, but the event does not trigger, and she is left standing there.

Simple trick to get MP3 files to play in older RPG-2003 Games
Well, we can agree to disagree. So far the original piece or a remixed piece has not caused me any problems in dungeon/event settings, and flowed perfectly. I'm never planning on making a game as that is not my expertise, but I would just use midi music just for the sake of bandwidth for this site as I can understand that part to what your saying. It's more of a personal choice for me when I'm playing something. I wouldn't force it on anyone.
Need help identifying this song
Simple trick to get MP3 files to play in older RPG-2003 Games
Midi music greatly irritates me, and I always take the opportunity to upgrade it so that I can enjoy the game much more only if I recognize that song anyway. Hearing a bunch of beep beep beep bop bo bops 24/7 is enough to drive someone crazy.
It's just the way I do things when I want to enjoy someone's game. Yeah I'm a midi-music hater, but I know it was the **** back in the day, and I didn't inherently hate it back then, but I just don't want to go back to that time again if that makes sense since we got all this new capability now.
Now I will be fair some midi music I've heard does not sound so terrible to me, so I'm tolerant to some. Also if I don't recognize a song in a game I just leave it alone, and think nothing of it.

Simple trick to get MP3 files to play in older RPG-2003 Games
So I just started Demon Legacy tonight, and I noticed that a midi file I replaced with a MP3 song from Resident evil that was used for the title screen was not playing. I remember having this same issue before some years back when I tried to play this game with disharmony, and it would crash the game constantly, and I ended up giving up.
Well fast forward to today I applied the latest official patch to the game itself (The file that starts the game), and threw in DynRPG for good measure, and I got the MP3s to work properly.
I thought I share this tidbit tonight in case if anyone else was having the same issue I was having when working with older versions used for these games.
EDIT:
My title to this topic is not titled right. oops...

Demon Legacy
Super RMN World
Beat the game, I give your game a 5/5...appropriate for the 5th community project. I had alot of fun. Though I gotta say you're gonna give people nightmares of that "one level". That level creep me out. o_o
The Last King of Hyrule
I'm about to upload my final update on the temple, but there were some things I could not accomplish. EDIT: It's uploaded now.
Custom Music (err..it's not 8bit, but do whatever you wish lol). For some reason it doesn't want to recognize the custom music.
Coding Bosses, and their sprites
Other enemies (l'll leave that up to others, I apologize!)
___________
You can change the level around however you wish, what I had in mind was the following:
Gyorg could only be hurt by a special weapon in the temple or else your in trouble (also his room is completely underwater..which means your going to need that weapon, and the blue tunic).
Morpha-mini boss at the top:
What I had in mind for him is that he would move around as he is attacking you. The water rushing up is meant for your to stand on to get to him.
Dark Link-Is right before the boss, and he has the big boss key. Once he is defeated..I wanted a pit to open after you grab the key.
There was alot more I wanted to do, but it's beyond me.
