You have some good pen & ink rendering skills for a beginner, but I'd recommend paying more attention to your anatomy. I like the creepy old woman.

BL: And who might be that long-haired pretty? Screen looks pretty nice, though. I'm waiting to see some activity. It looks like a majorly quiet town (or dead town).
Since I'm not sure how long it will be before BL will answer, it's an old Seri Kesu sprite. =)
Games you've been neglecting... (The Pile of Shame)

Karsuman has been neglecting Jade Empire for far too long. He was once to be my apprentice, however Gredlen has now taken his place by my side.
:'(
Games I've been Neglecting:
Jade Empire
FF12
Jade Empire
Tales of the Abyss
Jade Empire
Valkyrie Profile 2
Jade Empire
Oh hell, probably far too long to list. =)
Master of the Wind
I started this but stopped playing for some reason. I should start it up again, as this is one of the few good RMXP games I've played.
Also, I love the concept.

And you are...? (THE INTRODUCTION THREAD)
My name's Tim Stephens, 22 (soon to be 23), and I'm a New Yorker. I live with my parents, which is sometimes cool but sometimes not. My interests include art, games (obviously), writing and reading, though I'd like to do more of the latter two.
My major area of interest is art, which I hope to make into an actual career someday. While I've always had an interest in drawing and the like, I didn't really get serious about it till I was 19~20. Since then I've been drawing much more, but I could still use quite a lot of work. I have just been accepted into an Animation program with an 11% acceptance rate, and will be attending in the Fall. I also have an AA in Graphic Design, which is sort of a backup...I guess, though I still need more practice in this area. If I don't like animation I'll probably transfer into some kind of new media/interactive media design program.
I'm currently 'employed' at my parents' gift shop, but I'll be working in the local Hall of Justice soon on a temp basic before school starts. Generic paperwork stuff I guess.
As for the RM* community, I initially discovered it in like 1999-2000. I downloaded RM95, found it almost entirely unusable, and vanished for a fair length of time. After awhile I came back to find RM2k had been released, and was a lurker at the original rpgmaker.net until it died. Then I started going to GW, and eventually became a regular poster, where I became a part of the Fading Shadows fiasco. When GW started sucking more then usual, I started hanging out in #rm2k, where I am still a regular. While I (think) I have cool ideas, I've never released anything of merit, though I've been a contributor to most of BadLuck's projects.
And that's about it I guess.

Karsu's Sketch Topic
Sorry for the absence dudes. I've been perpetually busy the last few days or so. Added something now, though!
Sovan Jedi's art topic of arty farty fun!

Mewd - Yeah, that sometimes happens in my sketches. Bad habit of mine, really. I'll see to adding more variety.
Thanks, Darken.
New drawing up, and it's hardly what I'd call a sketch since it took forever. It has a different 'face' too. =)
Later added an unfinished Erin! (This being the cute little pink-haired chick that runs around in all those Esurance commercials) I normally don't draw this way but it's come out okay so far.

Two more women added!
One's some adventurer-looking chick with coloring, and the other's a waitress.
...Maybe I should start putting in some variety.
