Wild Arms 1 on ps. Never finished it during it's original run. Really fun game.

I was playing pretty good, until I got to the point where the chick of the party wants to give the only thing that can possibly stop the bad guys TO the bad guys, even when everyone around her who isn't a moron tells her that is a dumb idea. I stopped there because I didn't want to feel stupid.

Also, The maze (sewers) right after that decision was hard and I kept getting lost then i was distracted by the Tales series.

Overall, I find WA1 dungeons confusing

I'm pretty sure that that's where I quit when I played it years ago...I stuck with it now and was surprised at how fun the game is.

I almost cried during The Stoning of Soraya M. Yeah, the title gives the climax away but I wasn't expecting it to be so graphic and ...I can't think of a word to describe it. The scene seemed to last forever but you can't pull yourself away. A great movie, all around.

A innocent woman killed, simply because her husband wanted a divorce so he could marry a younger woman and she refused the divorce because she did not want her children to live in poverty. Yeah...that was a hard movie to watch but it's worth it.

Making a few people do a small task in exchange for eternal life?

The game says that the being encased in crystal is a form of eternal life, but I don't totally buy that. I was under the impression that those crystals could be cracked with a mighty blow. I don't really have much evidence to back up my idea outside of that one scene where Snowe was trying to free Sarah's crystal from... whatever it was lodged into. He was being pretty careful not to touch Sarah during that scene, don't you think?

What I never got about FF13 is that the characters decide to go against Fate by essentially following what was deemed to be their Fate. What the huh? Error of type: insufficient consistency. Abort? Retry? Fail!

Yeah, that didn't make sense to me, either.

I like it when necro posting is frowned upon for no fucking reason.

I didn't buy the game, as even the first impressions were enough for me to steer clear. But what's great about this game is that a bunch of north american dudes can build a game based off of their fav SNES rpgs and actually have a commercial presence. I really hope their next game is better.

If you post in an old thread, it's frowned upon. If you make a new thread about a topic that's already been done, you can pretty much expect that someone will come in the new thread and post a link directly to the old thread.
