So, I played through what was available yesterday morning. So sue me. I'll try to keep any updates to maps/entries in mind as I make my commentary. No particular order with these.
lavendersiren's entry ...
...had the right amount, and kind, of interaction to make their entry fun. The passibility issue that aquatorrent mentioned earlier was still present (and I've not seen an update regarding thator I'm blind, but, other than that, it was put together really well.
Scourge's entry...
...felt to me like it was something taken from a larger game/concept to fit within the context of this event. I've no issue with this (especially since I basically did the same thing), and was certainly allowed. However, I'm not familiar with their other works to say if the game/concept in question is already made, or in the process thereof.
pianotm's entry...
...was cute as all hell, but, I'm also a huge sucker for cameos. There was one transistion from the main concourse to the game room that threw an error at me, but... I think that was noted already?
CrazyBabi's entry...
was more creepy/spooky than cozy! Not that this matters, but, it made the entry a bit more stand-out. There aren't too many interesting things to interact with here, but, the doll is probably the most notable thing to interact with.
Soulrain's entry...
...I want to know how the hell they programmed the announcement board. Like, I can understand the underlying theory of using actor names to store the data to display, but, as to how they used that data to display and scroll the way it does in-game? It baffles me. Maybe I'm just severely underestimating 2K3's capabilities. Though, if I must be honest, I think it could be a little clearer that there's a console in front of the conductor's chair. Still, going to Ludicrous Speed got a smile from me, and the radio was a nice touch.
aquatorrent's entry...
...at least when I played it, was very compact. It almost felt claustrophobic. I kept clicking everywhere, trying to figure out if there was more to this place than just the one map, to no avail. I dunno if it's been updated with more maps, but, I'm at least interested to see what kinds of interactions have been included.
Ulevo's entry...
...wears it's Earthbound inspiration on it's sleeve, and I have zero qualms with that. I don't recall hearing any BGM, but, maybe I'm just being forgetful?
Starmage's entry...
...had it's own vibe, and nails it toan "E" a "T". The quips from Gigi are a treat, sometimes giving me throwbacks to quips from a certain other character/game.
If I had to pick a personal top three favorites from this event, I think it would be pianotm's, Starmage's, and lavendersiren's.

Frogge:
Thanks for checking things out, and going through the drink menu. That event, and the news items, were probably my favorite interactions to make.
I'll admit, having ships passing by in the background would be a pretty neat idea, if I had the time/inclination to make such graphics.
*Edit: I might start going through these entries, to formulatesnide commentary myself, but, I might also have to sit on it until after the event's closure.

What exactly is and isn't allowed on this site when it comes to rips in our games?
What about the image text? Did it say "Slime sprites taken/ripped from Slime Rancher", or like detail? If it was still on the queue, you wouldn't have comments, and pull something like this, where it's noted in the comments where the rip(s) are from.
No, don't say it should be obvious where it is from. I don't care, and maybe whoever it was that was on queue duty that day (Liberty?) didn't either.
Say where/who your stuff is from if it's not yours!
*Edit: Sorry, proper accreditation is a pet-peeve of mine. I'd rather not another "Holy Plains" incident.

Okay-ku! Entry is in! I apologize in advance for the blatant use of Freelancer tracks, and for any possible confusion as to how the entry ends. I will not, however, apologize for dumb jokes made, or for a certain overly pretentious name for a character mentioned in one of the six random news stories.
[RMMZ] Skills for unarmed combat
The cleanest solution I can think of that would not involve scripting is to modify the weapon skills so that they have separate categories (if they don't already), and to attach the appropriate skills, and skill category, to the weapons, themselves through features. The unarmed skills would have their own category, and be a feature attached to the actors/classes. The unarmed skills would either be learned/acquired on level-up, or during gameplay through events. At which point, the unarmed category would be sealed if a weapon is equipped.
While not made in MZ, I've a few games in Ace that attach skills, and skill categories via weapons, rather than via a class. If you could look at their databases, that might give a clearer picture of what I'm talking about than mere text. They would be this one and this one.

I don't pretend to know the precise circumstances of the denial of the specific game you mentioned, but, here's a bit of an except from the rules regarding the use of other people's resources, including rips.
*Edit: I think I recall, back in the day, of this craptastrophe. Basically, somebody, attempted to make a remaster/remake of Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, branding it as being backed by Square-Enix (no-surprise-spoiler: it wasn't), and using a combat engine they never had permission to use, and never credited to it's original creator. There is this post from said creator about this, but, I'd rather not dig up more details.

So long as you do not claim or imply that someone else's graphics are your own, it is not considered plagiarism at this site. However, using someone else's graphics against their wishes is frowned upon and will be dealt with should the creator object.

Final Fantasy has certainly gotten to 10.
As has Dragon Quest.
There was, apparently, a tenth entry into the classic Mega Man series.
It would be pretty funny if Mega Man X also reached ten numbered entries, but, alas, it only had eight, and I've doubts more will be made at this point. But you know what did make ten numbered entries? Might and Magic.

[SCRIPTING] [RGSS] [RMVX ACE] - How to let events marked as "through" trigger with event touch?
An evented solution involving a coordinate check as per this post might work. Like, you'd do a coordinate check with game-variables, then activate a self-switch when the coordinates match. At which point, run the teleport and message box, then deactivate the self-switch.
The one possible sticking point is how that pixel movement script might interact with the coordinate check, and how event positions are actually stored. If event positions are stored as pixel coordinates, then you might need to check against a range of pixel grid coordinates, rather than the more typical check of tile grid coordinates.

Legend of Legaia - Complete!
I was pretty close to finishing this off, but, a part of me wanted to hold off to stream it. Not really sure how that would have gone down, but, I don't have to worry about it anymore.
I must've absorbed, like, five or six enemies in the final dungeon. Though, maybe a part of that is because I typically reset spells (ie: just have a level 9 Orb) after reviving each Genesis Tree. Perhaps the rate for absorption is higher there, but, if I were playing more legitimately, I likely would've already absorbed the monsters I found there.
