[RM2K3] Do you think it's possible?

It's possible, however it would require mad amounts of engine modifications and I'd wager a butt ton of coding.

For making a multi-genre game, I'd pick another engine really. Either Game Maker Studio, Unity, Godot, Construct 2, or whichever engine was more geared towards multi-purpose game development.

I would not use a software called RPG Maker to force it to perform various gameplay styles.

Mapdaptation

Unfortunately, once more my stubborness at making original graphics made me lose by the end. I didn't have time to make it truly faithful to what I wanted to do.
Oh well, at least I submitted something.

Each cock has different stats and they all have specific odds against each other, but there is a degree of randomness to it.

[RMMV] Problem with Heroine Generator

author=KrimsonKatt
Hello everyone. So about a year ago I bought and installed the Heroine Generator 2 DLC for RPG Maker MV. This DLC automatically installed and added the new parts to the generator without me having to do anything. However, after I bought the RPG Maker VC Trinity pack and imported the new generator pieces, I forgot to back-up the generator which caused me to lose the Heroine Generator pieces. The DLC folder just has the ELA with none of the files in sight. I've tried looking for a way to re-install the files but had zero luck in doing so. Am I screwed, or is there some other way to recover the files? I really need them for my new game. Thanks.
If you're using steam, right click on MV in your library, click on properties, click on Local Files, and click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Steam will do a check of what files from the game folder or the dlc folder were modified or deleted, and re-download everything.

If that doesn't work, then in your steam library, rick click on MV, click on Properties, click on DLC, uncheck every box found there to uninstall all the DLC., uninstall and reinstall MV, then go again to your DLC section in MV's properties, and check every box again. It should do a clean reinstall of the DLC's you purchased.

Wanting to join a Team! I offer you music!

author=Holydragoon
Hello,

I've become a little burned out creating RPG games lately, however, I've been wanting to do Music for a video game by joining a team. I'm not looking to get paid unless you're trying to sell the game even then, it's about the money for me, it's just having a creative outlet and a drive to do music. I mainly just want to be a part of a project that is working towards completing a game and wanting a soundtrack (That I can provide). I have some samples here;

There are two albums, both sound pretty different from one another. If you like what you hear, feel free to reach out to me. Thanks!
One thing I've noticed about musicians like you, me and everyone else at rmn is how gamedevs tend to not really consider a custom soundtrack a thing their projects need or the soundtrack being very very down in the priorities list, even though it's such a big part of world building in an interactive medium like that, so this position (musician) gets overly saturated with experienced folks who have little chance to keep developing their skills.

I took a listen to your stuff, and it's pretty decent! I would love to hear a bit more variety of samples according to genre of game, but that's another unfair thing to ask someone about when we rarely get the chance to compose for such varied projects right? I'll keep you in mind for my future game plans! It's always super nice to not have to carry the entire load of resource making myself.
