Time to level up my health!

-What's a good exercise routine to follow? Is it okay to just do stuff like aerobics and cardio...like jogging once a week or something? And how often should I exercise?


While I wish I exercised more often (7am-11pm days of school and work combined really sucks down my time for sleep and exercise), I've experimented with what works best for me. I try to keep it as simple as possible. The workouts I like to do are simple bodyweight, complex exercises. Pushups, pullups, chinups, squats etc.

Then everything I do, I do perfect style. Which is:

1st set = 1 rep,
2nd set = 2 reps,
3rd set = 3 reps, etc. You're just increasing by one every set until you can't complete your latest set anymore. You want to apply a lot of stress, but don't overwork. As for me, I've gotten up to doing 20 sets on pushups (210 pushups total) and every time I've worked out like this I've felt anywhere between kinda sore and really sore.

Although, I only recommend perfect style when it's body weight. I definitely prefer weights, but considering the lack of space/time, the only weight I lift now is myself and a 20lb weight vest. If you think you're going to lift weights, then I don't recommend doing the perfect style. This is just something you can do on the floor in your room or hanging off a bar. Just experiment with what you like, not everyone works out the same way.

Wish my brother could watch the Chiefs without yelling for 10 minutes about a first down. Just imagine what he's like when they get a touchdown :(

I've been feeling unhealthy as of late; frequent headaches, that sort of thing.


Eh, I've become physically addicted to mountain dew. I've tried being off it for quite a bit and will actually cause me to have ridiculous headaches without it. However, I've got it down to about a can a day, so that's not bad.

I have been watching Gun Grave. The first episode was really bad. The second episode was really good, and seemed like a completely different show. WTF. I get that it's a flashback, but still, WTF. If I hadn't been kind of expecting it, I'd never have watched past the first episode, which was just awful.


Well, it gets extremely amazing, then kinda... wtf japan. Some might like it, but I preferred the middle. Kind of like a sandwich.

Suggest me board games

Well, I don't know much about board games outside of Monopoly but how does he feel about card games like Munchkin?. Basically everything a board game would have, like rolling dice and well.. cards. Just minus the board. Surprisingly amount of strategy for how simplistic it is, and there's different versions you can buy. The one I played had RPG esque leveling up, fighting monsters, etc. I know you specifically said board games, but might be worth checking out.

What are you thinking about right now?

I'm getting sick of the League of Legends community. 85% of the people don't want to step up and play with champions that the team NEEDS rather than them wanting to be badass carry that gets all the glory and kills. Then there's the consistent talking shit to each other that makes everyone just not even have fun. Thank GOD for the ignore function.
