Topic Banning

Well, I thought of an idea for topics that become flame wars. What if moderators are given the ability to ban certain members from topics if a flame war begins, instead of locking the topic or banning the member altogether? This is just an attempt to try and salvage some kind of intellectual debate between members, and also gives a greater chance of people getting to voice their opinions instead of reading through locked topic after locked topic that resulted from a flame war that broke out, and lets them continue posting and makes the flamers stop. This is just a suggestion mind you, and I've never seen it done in any other forums and think that it's possibly a good idea. Although I could be entirely out of my mind on this one and might make the forums for lax for flame wars. So anyways.. yay or nay?

Ok, I've used the online generator for quite some time in the past, and now whenever I save the picture, it shows up all blurred up and crap like that. I'm saving it in .png, I've tried different combinations and it still comes up as a blur, and I'm wondering if it comes up the same with anyone else.

Well, I officially want some income now and intend on applying at Wal-Mart soon. Yeah, not the most luxurious place in the world but that's ok with me. It has some pretty good benefits such as 10% off of anything that isn't food, and the ability to transfer to different Wal-Mart's with all of your time included so that if I get a raise, it'll still be in affect if I transfer (I go to college in 2 years, so it'll be handy if I choose to stay). So what I'd like to know is what Jobs you guys had first, how you felt when working there, past experiences, wisdom you'd like to pass on to me, things like that.

Jumping While Running

Alright, if it is possible for RM2K3... I'd like to be able to be running, and while running, I would like to be able to run over an event and press the key (we'll say the space bar for now) and have my character jump. My character will jump if I stop on top of the event of course, but I don't want to have to stop to be able to do it. Also, I don't want it to be set to happen if I collide with it.

Uhh.. if you're still not clear on what I'm asking (I'm pretty bad at explaining things)

Character is running, passes over an event, press button while on event but still moving forward, character jumps forward. That's what I want to happen.

Oh, and I'd also like to make it where I can continually run forward without me having to push any arrow keys. And still be able to interupt it. (Jumping and auto-starting things are my down point with events, which are pretty important unfortunately)

Music/Art Programs?

Alright, I am in desperate need for good programs for Music and Art (*cough* wow, I bet you would've never guess that from the name) and I'm curious as to what everyone else uses? If possible (and hopefully free) anyone wanna give me links to where I can download such programs? I'm preferring programs in the neighborhood of creation over editing, but both would be greatly appreciated.

I was wandering around the forums and my cat jumped on me and bit me. So in response to this hate crime, I bit her back. Any suggestions of what I should do?
