Swearing in games is silly and unprofessional. I mean games is the only place where I feel this way. In rm it just looks immature, especially if something is poorly written. Like idk ppl drop f bombs to have realistic dialogue or whatever but it should be more than that. They do swear in like 3d games nowadays because games are the new movies, but RM is snes, not 3d movie games.
Your post is clearly nonsense.
:/ I'm with CK on this.
It's not the most well-formulated argument, but I agree with the sentiment. It won't keep me from playing a game, but cursing in 2D games is off-putting and detracts from my playing experience.

Like anything, it depends on how it is implemented. Characters firing off curses for no reason, or for dumb reasons is an easy way to make your game read like a crappy fanfic.

You should play Balmgun Cycle then, it's pretty much the exact same world map.

I wanted to preorder this but I don't want to get a paypal account so there
Don't be a lazy ass. It takes two seconds :P

EDIT: How many people do you have right now for that 4 pack?

It's done already. Sorry.

Dhux's Scar

This game takes sarcasm to a high (and sometimes annoying) level. Though the intro has improved massively since the tiny demo I played last time, certain elements of the new intro struck me as pointless and tacked on (IE: the whole picture montage with a sped up version of BOF V's intro theme) But it is an old game, so I'm sure you probably know this already.

@NB: Sweet, is this a new scene in the prologue or is this something that occurs later on?

I'm redoing the intro, so not really something that happens later on.

Very nice! How did you fix the rain issue?

Nothing terribly complicated, I just made a picture out of the panorama's floor - made the picture version of the floor 2x as long, and scrolled it along with the panorama. It took quite a few adjustments in order to make it seamless though.

I should probably refrain from posting stuff until it's actually done.

Sorry for the repeat, but I had deleted the dated screenshot and from my games blog, so I figured I'd throw this here. Hair moves in the wind, body rocks properly, rain no longer falls through the floor (thus ruining the perspective). It doesn't look like I did a lot here, but it was really irritating getting to this point.
