That hotwiring animation is pretty nice.
I'm also kind of glad you decided to remove the mini-map. It made things a bit too easy.
The mini-map, for now, is still available if the player wants to activate it from the menu screen. Still pending, don't know if it'll make it into the final game or not^^'
And yeah, the animations Dy made are top-notch!

"The Prototype"... yeah, I should've not called it that, it makes things very confusing. xD
I've called the game "The Prototype" because this was just a prototype for the real Karma Flow, in the beginning. Consider its sequel, Tears of a Ghost, to be a much more "definitive" experience than this one, basically.

author=SidewinderDyhalto joined in as pixel artist, and as you can see he really boosted the overall quality quite a bit! :)I feel really bad for even bringing this up, because Dyhalto did a really good job (far better than I could have), but I think the palette could be brightened up a bit.
Some of the shading is just too dark and it's difficult to tell it apart from the black outline unless you zoom in really far. Here's a quick mockup of what I mean:
Obviously this is only my opinion and all, but, just throwing it out there.

To quote Dy, you're right about that. But we wanted to aim for a darker palette in order to fit the dark atmosphere of the game better.
Of course, everything is subject to change! We'll see in the long run.
