Need help with a steampunk setting
Why do I get so nervous. XD I don't really post much not because I'm afraid of what someone may say, but because I get shy sometimes. I don't know what to talk about half of the time. Some things I am just too nervous to ask, or talk about. Not sure why.
That is true Eplipswich. When posting it's hard to know if someone is joking, or being serious most of the time because you can't see their expression, or hear their voice. I have mistook jokes for seriousness before here. XD
Need help with a steampunk setting
Thank you guys. I actually am planning to buy the Wild Steam Pack. However I did find some steam tiles, and edited Celianna's steampunk parallax tiles into tilesets(hopefully she won't mind). The style am I doing is anime though. I am not sure if the Wild Steam tiles would fit is the only problem. If I do use them, I'll use them not with the mack tilesets, but with the mack characters. My friend (Not anyone part of the RPG Maker Communities) did it with RTP style, and Mack Character sets, but used the Wild Steam tiles, and it looked good actually, he just couldn't make a world map. However my friend is new to RPG Maker, so what he did may have not been the choice with those graphics.
Need help with a steampunk setting
First of all I am sorry if this topic doesn't belong here. I am trying to redo my game Destiny Quest in RPG Maker VX Ace with a Steampunk setting. The problem I am having is I hate to admit it, but I am horribly stupid when it comes to this type of setting. I know almost nothing about science. So yes call me dumb. I googled Steampunk, and cannot find anything useful to help me. Could anyone explain what I need to know please?

That's good, although I don't think anyone enjoys accidently killing a thread with their post, or think they did.

Thank you. I might not seem nervous sometimes, but I actually am. Sometimes when I reply to a thread in the forum I feel like I killed the conversation because people stop posting in it sometimes after my post. I hope I am not the only who feels that way at times.
The Japanese Justice System
I don't really know the Japanese justice system. I probably shouldn't tell anyone this, but I heard that in Japan if a husband cheats on his wife, or if a wife cheats on her husband the family has the right to put him, or her too death. I think that's a little messed up, but I can't really judge them. I also heard that if someone gets caught stealing stuff in Japan they get ten years in prison with hard labor.
