Something happened to me last night when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky. It was moving irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around. And when I came to, I was home.

Have You Ever Completely 100%ed An Entire Game (Ie: Found All Items, Secrets, Etc.)
I've only ever 100%ed one game and that happened somewhat recently. I 100%ed Final Fantasy XIII-2, and I did it solely to get the secret ending after the sequel was announced. I'm a sucker for story content. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is having a similar effect on me, since many of the unlockables are additional hints about the story, so I'm collecting all of them, even though I'm normally not a completionist.

DynRPG is the next big thing
Not really. RM is fundamentally lacking in big ways and DynRPG is only a bandaid on a gushing wound. A next-generation RPG-making engine needs to be completely reimagined rather than being "RM2k3 but with..."
Windows XP users, looks like we just got tossed into the sea.
There's no reason to go to 7 instead of 8 if you're upgrading. You're eventually going to run into the same problem in the long run as you are now by sticking to XP. WinRT is the future and not having access to it is going to increasingly limit the software you have access to.
Windows 8 is nearly identical to 7 in every way that matters, except it can also run software that sits atop WinRT.

I downgraded my laptop to Windows XP just to try it out and it exploded without warning, killing everyone in a three block radius. Would not recommend.

author=pianotmTry Windows 7, 8, or 8.1. You'll never be able to touch XP again. I recently had to go back to using an XP computer briefly at work and it was like ripping my own fingernails out.
The fact of the matter is, I'm not going going to stop using my XP until someone comes out with an alternative that is actually worth a shit.
I remember liking it a lot, though. I guess it's easy to get spoiled on a better product.
EDIT: Seriously, Windows 8 even includes a "Windows XP mode." There's no excuse.

I am going to drop: scripting, game design, writing/worldbuilding
There's an order of magnitude more "how to script" tutorials than "how to make music" tutorials, but music is still in the event.
