Submitting games
No permission is not enough. Not as far as I know at least. WIP made a post about this waybackwhen. There are a couple of games on the site not submitted by their creators but that was done early in the site's history and WIP said he didn't want more of it.
Submitting games
No, the site's only for your own games. You can link to those other good games though since they probably have other sites already otherwise you probably wouldn't have heard of them.
Boobquake
I would say the results were inconclusive and you would need at least three or four boobquake days (as well as a couple "dress as modestly as you can"-days. Essentially I don't think boobquake reach the amount of people it should have. Perhaps if it was done more in the height summer where a lot of people dress like that anyway and then with the added "boobquake" bonus we could se some better results.
Though I guess I should wait for the official results before stating anything like this.

A quick twitter-look at #boobquake gave me a tweet that listed all the earthquakes of the day so far:

Why does dying have to suck?
Tangentially related article
There's definitely a reason we moved on from trial and error. There's definitely a reason why we demand fairness from games. Failing in order to succeed is a strange attitude, a mindset into which one must insert oneself. You have to pop into the right department of your brain and make a note on a whiteboard saying, "It's okay that I keep dying â€" don't fling PC through window."
The direction in which Valve is taking games is tremendously exciting. Intuitive design, barely consciously recognised prompting, and behind-the-scenes difficulty rebalancing if you're struggling.
It's creating a single-player standard where it just isn't okay to die. The player is having fun when he's succeeding, winning, overcoming. He isn't having fun when he's being killed by the same boss creature a dozen times in a row. And when a game lasts six to 12 hours, you want to be progressing, seeing what comes next.

post=134994East Asian maybe? Since I guess those West Asian Arabic peoples might not have much dealings with the eastern Chink-peoples.(you might want to use a better word than "Asian" next time)
Uh, like what?
*scratches head*
Speaking of knowing what country people are from this just occured to me. Is there similar things in Africa? You'd think that there'd be all kinds of different blacks out there. I remember Nigerians being singled out in District 9 so they must have some kind of feature that makes them Nigerian. I could probably not tell the difference between a West African and a South African.
I guess really there aren't enough images but I'm ot wearing any clothes at the moment so now is probably not a good time to take a picture. But here's an image of me trying to be another ethnicity in a play that had the final performance last week:

EDIT:
Err just to make it clear, i can see the difference between a Chinese person an an American, i'm not that clueless.Well... Technically Americans are the Indians (not those in Asia) and you can tell the difference between a European and an Indian.
I guess i'm talking about when people think they can see a difference between someone who's a European and someone who's an American.
Sorry, but I love the idea of making fangames.

'Don't make a fangame because it will suck'
I think it's mostly a case of "Don't play a fangame because it will suck"
And like so many other general rules like this it's a good one to live by even though you'll come across an exception or two on the road of life.

No it's not offensive at all.
Or at least no more offensive than denying evolution or claiming that indecent dresscodes cause earthquakes.
