GLaRCS (Genetic Lifeform and RPG Creation System)
Algorithms, to make up the AI to make who knows what. Random makes who knows what. AI makes what it is designed to.
Actually let's wait for humans to perfect RPG making before computers make them :-)
Making the core system play would probably be the toughest part. Everything else would be much easier.

In college there was a professor that wrote a PC program to randomly generate Dungeons n Dragons games. People played them. They were detailed if not unhumanly detailed. He was working on a computer program to make PC RPGs, but then I graduated. It was going to be a text based thing.
The game DOOM has random level generators that can generate entire games. Left for Dead supposedly has an AI that reacts to how you play.
The new Wario game on DS has a music generator. I'm sure google searching would have a few as well.
Specifically for this program:
- You can't have a map with areas you must go to but cannot reach.
--- that DOOM generator did this perfectly.
- Game must not have inhuman difficulty. A computer could beat the game but a human must also be able to beat the game.
--- define inhuman... have you seen the guy that can play 2 player spaceship shooters by himself perfectly?
- The player must know what they are supposed to do.
--- easily done
- The further you go in the game the harder it must get.
--- duh
- The player can't enter an un-winnable state. (ex: can't kill a specific enemy and thus will die over and over, etc. because the player could burn through their ammo and no way to buy more).
--- duh if it is unwinnable, it is unwinnable.
Hey, I'm game to make this, but I don't want to devote my life to making it. This would be a year before you get a buggy version with people complaining about it. I have created many algorythem personalities for randomly generated things. Its what I do best. I make computer generated companies that run themselves in game worlds that have play styles just like players.

A Quick Look at RMN Ratings
What is the best part about the music industry?
Plenty of them lip sink. Even the ones that would surprise you. Plenty of them have the vocals cut out for a few seconds so they can add Hello Cleveland or alter the lyrics.
Oh yeah, funny thing... Another local station in Maddison, said they have a LIVE Sevendust interview. Live! Live! ... the interview CD started skipping. Then it just abruptly stopped and went to a full minute of silence.

What is the best part about the music industry?
5 years ago, my local news went behind the scenes of American Idol and showed how much work goes into making the singers sound the best they can. Its all done live to enhance their singing, just like a pop concert. However, they didn't get there because they're enhanced I'm sure.
Theoretical "Contest"
I'm getting tired of hearing about Action 52. We have Pat the NES Punk to thank for getting people curious enough about it.
What is the best part about the music industry?
When I was in HS, there was a website that had MP3s of full albums before anyone ever heard of MP3s. The site was closed by the RIAA and the operator was fined $10,000 for each of the 117 CDs he had posted.
I remember a local radio station would play a full CD late night at 2 AM. That lasted 2 weeks, then the DJ said they couldn't do that anymore, because they were fined $10,000 per CD. It still plays full CDs on Christmas Eve- Christmas Day.

As outsiders looking in, what is the best part about the music industry?
I mean more than the music. Is it the egos, the looks, the videos, the songs, the fact someone can make a product that sells millions? I am just curious
