I have the areas, but need a story.
Actually its not a sci-fi game. There are airships in Final Fantasy. Why not star ships? The plot of the SaGa series brought you to other planets. The starship is just one 15 - 30 minute chunk of the game like any other dungeon, but when its over, you end up on a frozen planet inhabited by imps.
Here is the story as quickly told thus far...
- 20 years ago, visitors came to the Earth kingdom and warned them to stop violence
- If the violence is not stopped, they would wipe the kingdom clean
- The violent conquerer king was killed by their people
- Peace and non violence reigned for 20 years
- A representative of the visitors was left on the world, he was imprisoned, escaped and killed
- There is a faction that for 20 years has sought to bring back the aliens to smite their enemies
- The player stops the faction too late, the aliens take the player's party into their ship
To answer your questions:
- The "visitors" protect worlds from bullies. They are hostile toward bullies.
- Humans can live on the snow world as well as they can in Alaska or northern Canada
- The ship should be repairable.
I thought of a few while typing this.
Idea #1
- The visitors are hostile and want to know what happened to their representative
- The ship is sabotaged
- The ship crashes on a different world alien to both the party and the visitors
- The player must save those that are hostile in an inhospitable world to them.
- Their ship is repaired and in return, they are brought to the alien home world and treated better
- The aliens need something out of that volcano and the player party is the only one that can help
- Then the aliens will take them home
Maybe this is too big of a shmozz and I should make the alien ship crash back to Earth, and make the ice world in North Canada minus the imp inhabitants.

The major characters have as much character as Dragon Quest 3. There are no characters, because you pick your party from 14 different people.
The back story is that the player party of humans finds themselves crash landed on a cold alien planet. It is always cold. The alien race are imps and demons.
There is no ultimate goal other than to go inside of a volcano.

EpiQuest Review
I do have another download on file factory.

I'm not a big fan of cut scenes either. When I want to watch a dramatic story unfold, I'll sit down and watch an hour or two of television. When I want to play a game, I will play a game. Don't mix the two :-)

False positive for what? Me not having any viruses or him having viruses? I just did a scan with my Epiquest V2C.exe with McAfee and Avast Antivirus and it found nothing... Now I am going to download the RMN version and see if there is a virus.
Actually a password stealer would be malware and not a virus right?

Oh really? I have McAfee on one computer and Avast Antivirus on the other. Both tell me there is no virus... BUT maybe when I upload it, the virus gets added?
Where did you download it from? RMN or filefactory.com? I have it on both. Let me do another virus scan to confirm there is no virus. Can someone else verify there is a virus?
