What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?

Fire Emblem 6.... why didnt I find about this game sooner :D After looking for some strategy jrpg, I finally may have found one I will play. (FFT didnt grip me after so many hours poured into Disgaea 3, FFTA seems strange...)

Anybody played any FE games? Just two questions:
1) I wanted to start with some snes FE, picked 5, but couldnt find a good english translation, any tips?
2) Is it okay to start with 6, even though 7 is a prequel to it? I guess its fine, since they were released in that order, and it probably doesnt matter, I will just see the story from different angles, and it might be hard to go back to 6 after playing (probably) technically more advanced 7....... Heh I guess I kinda answered my own question here.

Even though I dont own it, and never played any games from it, I kinda feel the same way, because whenever I search some forums for a great rpg/jrgp (and other genres too) the PS2 comes up, with games like FF10, SMT: Nocturne, God Hand, Dragon quest 8 and others, and all of those I would like to try. Oh if only the slim PS3 was backwards compatible :D

Moar Witcher, and just had a crash.
Yeah this game tends to crash sometimes, do you have the Enhanced Edition? That should have fixed most crashes, plus shorter loading times are always welcome. Then again, I remember it crashing even with EEdition(though not as much).

I am currently playing Nox! As I said I would, I gave it a second try, and I like it. Along with Divine Divinity, and perhaps Sacred later, I have enough diablo-like games to play to last me for a while. I also wanted to try Blade and Sword, but then I found out that it offers nothing more than interesting combat (no loot? no thanks, I am a loot junkie :D).

Final Fantasy 10, still.
Aaaah, I really need to find a job somewhere, if only so I can finally buy a PS2 and play this game.

I did some Nox the other day, you can see some of my playthrough and about the game here since I did a guest post on it.

I am currently playing Divine Divinity, which I find somewhat similar to Nox, although I like DD a lot more and actually want to move forward (even though the starter catacombs are HARD), but in Nox I just kinda lost interest.

Then again, I lost interest in Divine Divinity too the first time I tried to play it, but then I gave it a second go, and it is fun, so I might give Nox another chance, how long is that game? Is the max level really 10? Seems kinda low :D I remember reading somewhere that the game is pretty short..... And linear, DD is like you can go wherever you want (and get slaughtered).

One of my favourite locations

Yep, I got back into GW again :D I found out that they reworked the Dervish class, so Im playing that.
Slashing through monsters with scythes. Stylish!

Though nothing beats my main Ranger, which can be seen on the pick.

Borrowed 3D Dot Game Heroes from a friend. Such a cool concept, very retro. I hope they make other games like this - like RPG's and platformers.

I made the mistake that I bought this game even though I never played/liked Zelda... got boring after a while, many of the jokes are aimed at people already familiar with Zelda/ other games like this, and when you take out the jokes, the game itself is pretty boring and repetitive imho.... But I know many people loved it, just not my cup of tea.

Final Fantasy Origins i keep hopping back and forth between I and II

I finished 1 in one fell swoop, enjoyed it a lot (even though the random battles were getting annoying, a LOT), but I couldnt get into 2, probably mostly cause of the skill/level up system.

Anyways, apart from getting two characters to Hell difficulty in Diablo 2(act 3/4), I am thinking about getting back into Guild Wars, still so much to do and try in that game, even after 1000+ hours soaked into it, and the soundtrack is just genius, Jeremy Soule did a good job. (probably repeating myself a little here)

And still playing LoL, but today couldnt play at all, damn messed up EU servers. Also the constant 30 min - 1 hour queues during almost all evenings and sometimes on weekends... just sucks, Riot Games should buy more servers with that money they are making, instead of throwing new champions our way every week.

Does anyone still play DotA?

Yeah people arguing about who goes mid is pretty funny, many people just wanna solo in the game it seems. The best situation is when I play Sivir or Anivia, who are both made for mid, but there are 2 other people arguing who goes there, so I just give up... People forget that this is a TEAM game, often doing things that benefit THEM instead of the whole team. But thats just the community in these kind of games.

A little sorry to the thread creator that this turned into more of a LoL thread than DotA :D But imho, DotA is dead, 2 better alternatives and approaching DotA 2.....

TF is awesome, ulti+stun card, great ganker, or you can pick off the champs that try to escape with only a little health.

In early level games (1-10), Karthus is great hero, his global damage ulti can HURT if he is fed.

Mind you, useful heroes/builds change as you go up in levels, what worked against noobies in early levels wont probably work at level 30, or in ranked games.

I remember, when they finally introduced EU servers, I had to start again, after having level 30 on US, I even had some skins for my favourite champs... but the lags in US really screw me over, and EU I get 60ms+-, which is just awesome :D
Anyways, as I started again from level 1, I as experienced player was faced against noobies, which resulted in me getting incredible scores, getting fed, and causing rage in the opposing team.... couldnt be helped though, I had to play from the start :D

But I know some people create new low-level accounts just to "pwn tha noobz", which isnt very nice....
