Yeah im a big fan of his art. I got a poster of this hanging on my wall at home and it's one of my favourites so i thought i'd put something of his in my game. Good to see someone else who knows him. If it offends you or anyone else i apologize, just give the word and i will remove it.

I have been working on a game since the end of last year, and i think i'm confident enough to release a decent demo. I saw your Yume Nikki playthrough, and this game shares some similarities with it, namely dream exploring and surreal enviroments. None of the looping areas and impossible stuff to find, though.
I also took to heart what you said about After Man, and i've tried to keep it more suspenseful. Give it a go, if you will:

That is absolutely correct. I used to play YN alot a few years ago and i'd say it has influenced this game alot.
One thing i didn't like about it was the large looping areas, so i have none of those here. If you can't find something in this game it is not because you walked past it.
Other than that i guess the dreaming part is kinda the same.

Some places will be pretty dark, yeah. I can see it fine on my screen though. It's hard to make all maps visible for everyone without making lighting the same on all maps.
